Why no(less !!) female participation in newtfmpage DF?

Guys,
I am a silent watcher of DF for quite sometime. I have always wondered why there is not much female participation is discussions in this internet world.Any idea? Does they lack knowledge about TFM in general? No girl has sound technical knowledge about music? Or they hide behind a guys name and post?

  I was kiddn' Interpreter...go watch Matrix..itz a good film....cool storylines and stuff...it can be confusing if you watch bits and bits of it instead of watching the whole film. Had to watch it like 3 times to understnd it totally.
