  Thanks for your comments paa. In fact, when I was trying like crazy to get MAHANADHI BGMs from some source, I could not really succeed, until I got a helping hand from Mr.G.Suresh who promised me to get the Mahanadhi BGMs for our esteemed Raaja fans. So I should thank Mrs & Mr.G.Suresh for their immense help, alongwith the forerunners like Sree, MSK & Krishna......In fact if more people can support me by just simply recording the BGMs while they watch the movies, I can do a very good job, I believe.   Thanks for uploading Maganadhi BGMs , real great piece of encoding.For the kind of work you have done we can record and give many more tracks like this.I understand how much pains (though it is a pleasure encoding IR numbers)you would have undergone, to make this BGM tracks available to millions of IR fans like us.Once again Kudos to you, let your work continue with more and more uploads.

  I heard somethin. Can you verify this for me please. Instead of typing the url as members.xoom.com/name if you type in members.xoom.com/_XOOM/name you can avoid seeing the advertisements at the top. This is something I heard. Can somebody verify this and tell. I cant because of my perinial problem of not being ale to see xoom sites.

  Qualitywise i feel that Mahaanadhi BGM's are slightly better than the ones encoded before. I think you have done a very good job.
  
  The explanation for each of the BGM score is really good, i had the same thing in my mind when i started recording the BGM pieces(my first attempt was for "Ithayam" film). Actually i tried to come up with a name for each of the scores. Maybe our friends here can help to give a name to the scores which have been encoded so far.
  
  Raaja has really touched our soul with his music, can't imagine anyone doing music for this film which is full of emotions. The music really brings out the emotion of the scene, which could not experienced by mere visuals. I guess this is the first film which was done in "DTS"(Directly Touches Soul - Thanks Parthipan). :-)
  
  Once again Rex thank you very much for encoding the BGM scores.
  
  Hope you receive the audio cassettes this week otherwise i can record them once again and send it to you. No problem.

  Friends, do you know that the main theme BGM of MAHANADHI is just an improvisation of a song from the same movie which was not included in the movie !! but it appears in the Mahanadhi original cassette /CD ! the song starts with a melodious "Thuvakkam yengey idhuvarai sarivara puriyavillai" by SPB and SJ and then the actual song goes like "Sollaadha raagangal yennennaa thodaatha thaalangal yennenna thunindhu sonnaal yenna " - the tune of this pallavi is greatly camouflaged by our IR to give the haunting BGM theme in Mahanadhi whenever Sukanya and Kamal meet in the jail.

  I have not got the cassettes from you until today. I think it is lost in the mail!! Can you kindly resend it, if possible? Thanks. Also the Mahanadhi BGMs would have sounded lot better because of some tweaking that I played with the noise gate and noise removal operators at Goldwave.

  Raaja Information Centre is finally up!!!!
  The Ilaiyaraaja Films and Songs Database which I have been collecting for many years now has finally seen the light. There is info about 2250 songs, and 830 films(Dubbed version included). Right now there are details about FilmName, SongName, SongID and Language. Other details like Singers, Lyricist, Links to real Audio songs, etc.. will be added in due course.
