Is ARR Rehman becoming the king of flop

Not only one. Many.
Not only now.Since begening.
Not only with unknown artist.Even top artist.

In the begening ARR made many flops like Arasan, uzhavan,vandicholai chinnarasu,pavithra, puthiyamannargal,lovebirds,ratchagan etc..

Some of his albums roja,kadalan,indian,bombay,alaipayuthe became hit because of shankar and Maniratnam.
The list continued again with star,alli arjuna, parthele paravasam,kadalvirus,parasuram,udaya,E20 U8.
His albums padayappa and baba with superstar rajinikanth!! also flop.
Thenali with kamal is a best flop.

Great maniratnam's movie kannathil muthamittal was a misherable flop.

The everest Bharathiraja's movie Tajmahal,kankalal kaithu sei became untraceble.

So can we say ARR is a king of flop in TFM?.

  ARR has enthralled the music lovers with his songs for quite sometime now.
  As long as people want to bash someone, they will always do like this.

  coz no hits like Punnagai Mannan for around 12 years....hahahahaha,Rahman have 3 super duper hits lately which beatun up harris Kovil,Pepsi,Aratchi..with leading heros & directors....thats shows Rahman's Power,wait for Ayutha Ezhutu & NEW push Illairaja & HArris in the drain! and trust me,Illairaja have to davam yeduu for more then 2 decades to score a song like Pudhu Vellai Mazhai,and harris have to davam yedu for his 7 generations to compose Rahman's Jingles....

  However true it is that we all know what kind of an idiot xml is, It's always fun reading his posts.
  His glowering hatred for ARR is so obvious, he posts jus for the sake of posting.. the way MLAs seem to be all over the place jus b4 the elections. To remind us that The Funny Man is still at large.
  So let this thread continue for a while.. till ADMIN hopefully closes it. There are bound to be absolute gems from the keyboard of xml.

  Problem 1
  Remember xml is colour blind to all colours except blue. So, he can see the sky but not the ground. Cha, wat a sad right? :-( He is currently taking treatment at Agarwal's Eye Hospital, Chennai and after spending so much money he is now able to see two colours - dark blue and light blue! So this problem is now kinda corrected and he is showing some improvement now.
  
  Problem 2
  Xml is down to earth. This is because he does not have any headweight - vaccuum doesn't have any mass! This vaccum is surrounded by a highly thick skull so that it doesn't collapse! So he is in perfect accordance with the rules of Science!

  Dinesh, at least Punnagai Mannan from Long years ago has been remembered by you. That shows the impact of IR's music. ARR's song will be forgotten in a heartbeat.
  Don't compare a great like IR to a newcomer like ARR. Just because ARR has been in the filed for over 10 years, does not make him a stalwart like IR.

  Now there wud be arguments that ARR was the one responsible for Punnagai Mannan's success!
  My take on it is.. The compositions were great! superb work by IR. If u could here a different quality of sound, well, ARR had a part to play in it.

  it's really a senseless topic mr.xml,
  because rahman is one such good music director giving mindblowing music always.The movie may be flop but not his excellent music score ex.rhytham,en swasakaatre,jodi,indira etc and i can say that all his music score was excellent till now.but now he slightly westernishied.but it's director work to extract good music from him.that's what mani sir and sankar's film have a good music always..now peoples are not listening good musics now they want music like manmada rasa kind not like cindrella kind ok....
