If you have the previous albums of ARR like Dilse,
Mudhalvan etc, no need to waste your precious money on this CD.

I think it's very poor album containing only remixes of hindi and tamil hits of Rahman. All songs are of course in English except one in Hindi. Very disappointed by Rahman ! English people will enjoy it cause they may have not listen to the Tamil or Hindi version before. But we have already heard these tunes.
Save ur money : u can listen to bombaydream at www.mohankumars.com

i should admire ARR for his foresight. he probably knew that expectations are going to be very very high back home when BD came out. That's why he probably cushioned the shock by giving some recycles from hindi to tamil prior to the release of BD. otherwise imagine the shock on the face of his fans when BD was released with recycles. phew

Are Yaar, i think you are delusional. bombay dreams is indeed a disappointment and proves that audiences like yourself will continue to listen to nursey rhymes even after the time is up to wake up from your childish dreams.

what a load of rubbish mr.mohan kumar.com,should we call you a hypocrite or a coward.
what made you so law abiding suddenly?
is it b'cos other tamil MDs and producers are so rich that piracy (mp3)doesnt affect them or you think that ALW and ARR are so poor that they really needs the money from BD,
and even worse, are you partial to the white skin .
the statement above by you makes me sick by potraying yourself as an law abiding citizen esp when on the same site so many other new tamil mp3 albums are available.
by the way i by mistake purchased a BD cd for £14 in uk and all i could say is, what a waste of money.advice.. worth spending time on the web for some mp3 version (for hcarrf that is )

I hope all the previous postings have been by IR fans... I could see all the poramais.... I listened to BD in mohankumars and its not as bad as these guys say.. ppl who like remixes and who would appreciate improvisations rather than terming it as 'recycle' will like it... for others, listen to your own favourites like samurai, Ivan , king etc... No one would waste the time to comment or criticise those songs....

Some people are getting desperate. I would rather listen to 'I love you you love me' barney song.
what is his next composition of ARR?
Baa Baa blacksheep chikku chikku chikku
Have you any wool chakku chakku chakku
yes sir yes sir chikku chikku chikku
three bags fullllllllllllll vandhe madarammmm
He has murdered this wonderful tune of vandhe madharam which i used to listen on Akashwani Radio. Then he murdered Alaiy Payuthe tune.
His improvisation sucks. Did you guys listen to those crappy lyrics and the voice of those crappy singers? I am very very glad he released this album. This will once and for all prove the whole world that he is a trial and error musician. One of my music friend told once "When you listen to a song it should be like 'love at first sight'. It should not be good to ears after listening to it over and over again" For instance I listened to this song "Hero" by Enrique Iglesias. I instantly liked it. Our ARR hopes when people keeps on listening they will eventually like it.
ARR you are sadly mistaken. So many people will hate the entire Indian music. Don't bring disrepute to Musicians like Pandit Ravishankar. Don't spoil India's image with your stinking MTV tunes. Don't call it a fusion. No talent a*s clown ARR is a disgrace to Tamil music field. It is better he settles down in Bombay and scores only Hindi music.

EXTENDED RUN FOR BOMBAY DREAMS!
The musical is a hit amongst the audience!
A.R. Rahman's foray into musicals, Bombay Dreams, may have received mixed reviews but it has still been declared a hit.
The first single from the musical, Shakalaka Baby, has already entered the UK charts and its now been confirmed that Bombay Dream will have an extended run.
Since demand for tickets are still high, producer Andrew Lloyd Webber has decided to extend the run for another six months.
Although some thought it would not last long in London, the musical will now run until at least March 2003, which is obviously fantastic news for everyone involved!

Success sees Bombay Dreams extended
Andrew Lloyd Webber's Bollywood musical Bombay Dreams is extending its run by six months following a huge demand for tickets.
The musical has bucked the trend of some big shows which have struggled to bring the audiences.
Bombay Dreams, which opened in June, has seen 125,000 people come through the doors of London's Apollo Victoria Theatre.
Now an extra 500,000 tickets have gone up for sale after its run was extended to March 2003.

Time for the naysayers to “eat crow” while fans “crow” about this ringing confirmation of their convictions. Webber&Rahman have done it, they’ve prevailed in the face of incomprehension, harsh criticism and no financial support. One can only shake one’s head in disbelieving admiration at the gutsiness of the team in attempting something so left-field and actually pulling it off. It may be too soon to declare it another Cats but at least this extension should silence envious backstabbers in the Indian media (the Midday lady), not to mention the chronically sour fans of IR ( at newtfmpage).
Sreeni.
From ARRYG ofcourse, but websites are foreign. IR fans should atleast believe what is non Indian/tamilian or non ARR affiliated.
So sad, your prayers are not answered. But, never looooose hope.Keep praying yaar, atleast you people can keep yourself engaged after series of IR's failures, from Devan to ivan, evan, avan .
