Ajay Devgan and Vivek Oberoi can’t stop raving about the songs of Mani Ratnam’s Yuva. “A.R. Rahman and Mani Sir and dynamite together,” says Vivek on the sets of Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria’s Masti, and adds, “The six songs Rahman has recorded for the film are mind-blowing.”
Ajay Devgan, his co-star in Yuva and Masti, uses the same words to describe them. Incidentally, when the film was launched earlier this year, Mani Ratnam had decided not to have a single song in it.
Vivek also feels that Abhishek Bachchan’s is the best role and best performance in the film. “That guy’s career will take off in a big way after Yuva,” predicts Vivek.

^^^^I am beginning to love the songs now! Yet to rip off two of the songs - Nenjamellam and Sandai Kozhi. The ripped off versions are more listenable, thank god! :-)

Dol dol - i think its was shown when AD was travelling in the city train.

Trish pathi sonna vudane mookula verthuducha.. ne ways u guys have fun..
I was watching AVS TV in NJ (USA) this weekend, they were showing Yuva/AE.. in the past 1 year (includes 2003), they showed ad's only for 3 movies 1. Boyz 2.Virumandi 3. Yuva/AE..
What does it tell.. though a mainstream Hindi channel.. atleast 3 movies got promoted and both of them Tamil!!! Hurray
Nice marketing..
so all the other movies are crap?? though the company that releases the movie has a significant Tamil population to back it up.. but quality movies have not come that much.. Sometimes it leads me to believe there is more HYPE than quality, but this time around HYPE and Quality should go together atleast 1 proved successful i.e Virumandi.
It might hurt when i tell.. Boyz was not received here in NJ that well..
