  All crab talks. Does anyone know where to get good quality Chellamae songs. Due to some one's initiation, all sites are having the same low quality versions. Please, no justice done to those good songs. They would sound much better in good quality....pls someone help

  Both Sullan and Sekar have done a great job providing MP3s to the Tamil community outside India (where getting the CDs isn't even an option). I remember Sullan providing Boys sample songs even before they were released. And now, Sekar provided Chellamey songs before anyone even had a clue. Instead of competing, if you guys co-operated, it would be just awesome!!! Imagine setting the standards for Tamil songs download with the best quality songs anywhere! Ultimately what matters is "people do appreciate efforts!"

  I ordered the Chellamey CD (along with a bunch of others, so as to make the CD to shipping costs much more reasonable) on Ayngaran; and they sent me an e-mail saying some of the CDs in my order weren't in stock; and I had to cancel the order.
  
  I have tried searching in all Indian stores around my area but none of them carry this CD.
  
  I'll give these other sites a shot... I've been listening to these songs in low quality and am completely hooked on to them - couldn't wait to hear them in good quality.
  
  Anyways, let's please get this thread back to its original topic. Anybody writing a review?

  "Arya Udhadugal",am not sure whether it's just a rip from a Rahman track(anyway that's the case most of the time with HJ),but i sense a Deja-vu,may not be Rahman,somebody else.The tune sounds very much like a rehash,all the other songs also don't have any distinct quality to attract.Somehow HJ is reminding us,once upon a time he was adding sounds and Rhythms here there.Almost all songs in Chellame don't have anything great in tune department.HJ has tried a lot to make it up with Rahmanish effects,but here the failure is more pronounced than before.

  Kummiyadi is really good. Sandhya, who sang in Iruvar, is absolutely fantastic here. P Susheela like voice...seems she is Susheela's daughter in law...eppadi daughter in law kkum maamiyarukkum ore voice nnu enakku theriyathu...but aana same voice...kudumbathula enna kozhappoma....
  
  one more thing that I noticed the stanzas in this song are way better compared to the opening lines..
  
  Rest of the album is so-so...typical HJ stuff...
