I stumbled upon the comments for "kallellaam maaNikka kallaaguma" ("illay endru solvadhundhan idai allavaa") The comments for this line are certainly good. But here is my interpretation of those lines:
Normally for beautiful women, the eyes are very big and beautiful, whereas the waist should very small (Remember Vivien Leigh in "Gone with the wind" ?!) So - for the lady under description in this song - the eyes keep saying "we are here", i.e, they are big, and the waist says "No. I am not here" meaning it is so thin, it does not exist!
