arima arima went from a mediocre song to my favourite song. reminds me of maaya machindra and vaaji vaaji with some much more aggression and style. AMAZING SONG!!! Hariharans plain singing is out of the world.

Arima, Kilimanjaro and Kadhal Anukkal are for me so far....The rest seem noisy,,,maybe will sound good on screen. The Kilimanjaro opening interlude and base reminds me of Prince's hit song" When doves cry"

Irumbile - Super Hit - The only complaint is that you need a lyric book to understand what ARR is singing. (Why does he mumble to himself??!!! ) - What Athiradi did to Shivaji .. this will rock the theatre ... Check

Arima Arima - Super Hit - Rajni and Shankar will do the rest - Check

Kilimanjaro -- Hit - The song slows down as you get to the second half, The picturization will take care of it - Check

Kadhal Annukal -- Too Slow for a Rajni Song, May have long time value depending on picturisation and offcourse Ash - Check

Boom Boom - Dissappointing - Just wanders aimlessly - Might be interested in seeing how they use this song

Putting all hope on Shankar. The last remaining hope among directors I grew up with. After Mani's heart stabbing with Ravan, He is the only one left for me.

I'm really enjoying Irumbile now.

I guess it just took me a while to synch with the song. Or maybe its after seeing Aish in the trailer. Either way Irumbile has gone from the bottom of my list to one of my faves from the album.
