Oh boy! little over 2 weeks to go and the venue has changed to YMCA. While I have full faith in ARR that he'll do the best, I'm not sure about the event organizers who wanted to monetize as much while they can. I'm now skeptical about the quality and thinking about cancelling 11 tickets X 3500
Any reviews about the YMCA venue?

i think its in response to the huge demand for tickets, they had to shift to a bigger place..
Poorly organized, when Rahman does a concert in Chennai how can they expect it not to sell out? They should have looked at the biggest possible option initially

Tickets say no refund under any circumstances.. YMCA isn't a bad option I think

The times concert was held in YMCA grounds. It was good. After having attended four of his outdoor concerts previously, I thought an indoor concert would be a great change. But, disappointed.
brigs,
You cannot cancel the tickets I guess.

Thanks satissh_r and Ramakrishna. I've been to ARR's Jai Ho concert in Bay-area, CA that was indoors and it was breath-taking phenomenal stuff. I was very glad for being there.
It's good that we cannot cancel the tickets so have to be there This will be my first concert in India and looking forward to have a positive experience.

I wont be able to make it due to visa issues I only have a transit visa which I have obtained in Kabul and I need that when I am flying back on the 6th Jan. If I use that visa I will have to get another one upon my return to Colombo and that would take a lot of time given the fact that I work in Afghanistan. Cannot take a chance. Missing a great opportunity
