TN has a long way to go in the Home video market.

Have posted this before too,it seems TV Channels bag the telecast and also Video rights but never release original DVD's,Blu Ray's and VCD's.Instead they want to milk the film by repeated telecasts on their channel.

But the producer is the ultimate loser as they can easily work out a one time amount + royalty on every single sale for the video rights.

They will make more money and in the process help many people like me(non theatre going,not supporting piracy)have access to films in the confines of our homes.

Charan lost a lost of money on Aranya Kandam,imagine with the kind of following it has now,what will be the response for original videos.

This will help smaller,well received movies make money while for the biggies,the crores will get added up.

When will they realize this????????

Ilayathalapathy's Blockbuster Film 'Thuppakki' is set to be telecast in Asianet Channel at 5PM this Saturday(April13th) !
