Aamir and SRK star together!
The Oscar winning director Danny Boyle has reportedly signed up Bollywood star Aamir Khan for his next venture Bombay Velvet. And now the director is planning to rope in Shah Rukh Khan for the same film.
It is worth a mention here that SRK was initially offered the role that finally went to Anil Kapoor. Bombay Velvet, we hear, will be directed by Anurag Kashyap. This thriller, which is based in the 1940s, is expected to commence next year. The film has three parts. While the Boyle is keen on signing up SRK for the first part, the second part will have a newbie. And if all goes well, Aamir will be donning the greasepaint for the third part.

It's a comedy alright. Verbal play was a bit much after a point. The serious scenes were at odds, and the denouement stuck out. Charlie's dream imagery felt a bit kitsch for a VB film.
