...Gemini Studios, which paid Chopra over Rs 1 crore for the remake rights with 20 per cent of the profit and script veto powers, will launch the Tamil version with Kamal Haasan on May 15.   I don\'t think the karnataka govt/film association will be afraid of court\'s decision. they will put that aside just like cauvery issue.

  Actually the review is very contradictory.It's says the magic of the original is not there esp in dialogues,2songs are unnecessary,Kamal&Sneha have little chemistry between them,Prabhu is wasted,Music is disappointing&Kamal is the only good thing happening in the movie.But it's supposed to have a quality which makes it likeable&if you are looking for an evening of fun&entertaiment,then it's a Paisa vasool movie.Now the guy/gal who wrote the review should clarify if the movie can be seen or not.Of course it's not the first time a sify review is putting it's foot in the mouth.

  This review says it's better than the original.According to the reviewer,minus points are:Prabhu's role is not as long as Arshad Warsi's,Sneha doesn't match with Kamal on screen&her performance is also weak,Prakash Raj is disappointing.Positives:Crazy's dialogues are very strong,Kamal's acting(emotional scenes are elevated to greater heights),peppy songs&visually very appealing.

  Please read think, first day report from Sangam theatre chennai.
  Overall looks positive. families can watch it.
  One person compared it with orignal, the usual stuff that goes with it.

  Amitab when he crossed 45 years of age gracefully picked up character roles and still going strong...Kamalahasan is horrible in this film he looks like Sneha's dad in love scenes.In certain scenes Kamal looks like the Sadaam Hussien taken out of that Hole in Iraq...The minus point of this film is Kamalahaasan....Sure Flop.TNS

  Amitabh's comeback movie(after a brief break) was Mrityudaata in 1997 when he was 54&he acted as a leading man.It was a bad movie&flopped big time&then he shifted to character roles.A time will come when people will not accept Kamal as hero&when that happens he is intelligent enough to understand it, withdraw on his own&shift to other areas of cinema.If you don't like him,don't watch his movies.It's as simple as that.

  what makes you think Kamal is responsible for everything from Title to script&the way it is directed.In the case of VR MBBS his job was to decide whether to act in a remake or not&he has already told that he was not very convinced about it but since it was a request from L.V.Prasad's son he could not say no.Once he decided to act,i am sure he would have given his best shot.Since you don't like his comedy movies or Crazy Mohan why do even bother coming to this thread or seeing the movie?What difference does it make to you whether it is a hit or a flop.
