BEST TAMIL FILM ALBUM ---2OOO

All the audio CDS and Cassettes meant for this year's tamil films are out in the market. With no IR & ARR albums pending for the year which is ypur BEST film ALBUM for 2000. Kannukkul Nilavu or Barathi?? K. kondene or Alai payethey or Rytham??
or Kushi or Mugavari,,Vanathaipola or Mayee???OR Any other film of your choice ?????

My choice Alaipayuthey.( only the songs ,not the movie) Singer(M)...S,mahadevan.(F) Sadhana sargam.

  I vehmently oppose ur bad taste about ARR :-)). Agreed that u like IR to the core but on the same hand you shouldn't have used objective words regarding ARR and his works. Very bad and sad :-))

  I think ARR's music sucks big time.He is nothing but a over-hyped MD who knows only how to market his music.What he creates is total crap according to me.
  
  IR's music is like God's prasadham.From the time I was a small kid I worshipped IR.I didn't pray to another God.His music played a crucial role in my life.He was always there for me in times of ecstasy and distress.
  I would like to tell all IR fans that ARR fans can never comprehend the God-like creations of IR.
  Whatever they think IR always remain a God in our heart.

  Gods never get old.Gods should never be classified as cheap or expensive they are invaluable.If you ask lot of people's opinion here they would strongly agree with me that IR is the only God.Even if you stop having faith on this God,this God always has faith in you.

  IR i GOD appadi,ippadi nnu Solrengale...Thiruvizha illaiyah? Unga Kadavulukku??? I already see lots of people around me in CHENNAI who are now doing full time job to celebrate ILAIYARAJA--25...marking his SILVER JUBLEE year in TFM ...early next year 2001...1976 TO 2001 ...continuous programmes by IR fans starting from April 2001...
  I am not IR fan..But I see lots of IR fanatics in TFM forum, especially overseas CRAZE...
  Why don't you open a thread for your GOD IR...as IR...25...and invite overseas BAKTHARGAL to arrange major events in USA, CANADA...ETC...Your god will appear there and bless you with his DEIVEEGA Kural....Thaipoosam pola Raaja 25 poosam nadakkattume....Ahmed

  The moral of the story is:
  
  All ARR fans who are afraid of IR's music dominating ARR's music don't you worry.IR's music will give you moksham.
  Even if someone have satanic qualities by not giving IR(God)'s music first preference,you will be pardoned and given moksham if you listen to God's creations.Your fear will be obliterated.

  Well, my album for 2000 which I think was the best, is Kandukonden Kandukonden ... Kannamoochi is a gr8 song along w/ santhana thendrale, konjum mainakale .. and so on.
  
  Two other gr8 songs this year "Pachai nirame" from alai payuthey and "Kaatre En Vasal vandhaai" from rhythm

  suggest your best album and get out. Why are trying to make a issue out of this stupid topic?.
  I know you need some vent to get out your IR/IR fan hate. Thier is no need to make fun of other selections and start a mud slinging here. You yourself keep saying music is matter of taste, then have a heart to accept others selection.
  
  There is no need to talk about a.a here. He is using this to make fun of IR, thiruvizha, thaipoosam etc. Millions going to same place, on same day and killing themselves out of stampede is as wise/foolish anything he mentioned.
  
  Tell your selection and if you a reason please tell that also.

  During Ramdhan fasting time,morning 6 to evening 5.30,one is not supposed to have any entertainments including listening to music...But IR FANS can not live without his music even for few hours...Hence I posted Thaipoosam....

  Didn't you have enough of being flamed by IR fans that you now seek to be flamed by ARR fans as well ? Take a long good look at yourself. You are as fanatical as any HCIRF in your own opinion that IR should not be praised. Guys like you take the fun out of the DF. Atleast the HCIRFs are fanatical about having fun (agreed, at the expense of some others). But apparently you only seek to deprive pleasure, while not gaining any yourself. Man, you are worse that the lot you condemn ! How could you be intolerant at someone else's happiness, regardless of whether it is misplaced or not ? Word for word, there are others here who can overwhelm you with sarcasm of a far more potent quality than yours.   It has taken this long for this jerk who calls himself Trend/Bug etc. to come out of his "oh I'm so neutral and I love good music unlike those cheap IR fans" mask ... To be honest, every post of his that I read reeks of duplicity, - like a guy who is posting here just to irritate people. Most (if not all) his posts are either negative or condescending.
  
  
  
  I've been reading this forum for a long time now, and there has always been negative energy and IR-ARR warfare, but of late, people have been just plain mean to each other. No good reviews, no discussion of the finer points of music - just plain war between two sides.
  
  
  
  And most of the blame for most of the degeneration in the past few months rests squarely on the shoulders of this wonk, Trend. There have been passionate ARR fans here before, and equally passionate IR fans, but he seems to be an IR fan irritator ... while the hate for ARR or IR in the others stems from their love for one MD or the other, this guy just seems to hate....

  Before more stones come to my face,

  I was pretty much aware of all what you said before my postings.My point is lot of people here praise just for the sake of praising their fav MDs.This can be clearly seen when they say that their MD is GOD.To really know what their MD's music is to them sincerely,they should appreciate it with what they have felt truly.
  
  At least I find most people's praise as compulsion to praise their fav MD.When one appreciates their fav MD the other has a compulsion to go atleast one rung above that.
  Realizing this,people call their fav MD as GOD.
  
  My sincere request is can't we all be natuarlly emotional and sincerely analytical.I can't identify with some one as being natural emotionally when they compare their MD's work to GOD.I see it as a form of compulsion.
  
  Anyday,man's creation is always inferior to the man himself IMO.
  Can we appreciate music sincerely by saying what we really think and feel naturally?Is that asking too much?That is my chief and principle concern.
  People calling me names is only an inferior concern to me.
  
  You all guys here have every right to write or not write whatever you think about whatever I say.
  
  I'm not trying to be intelligent or assuming a superior sort of air while saying all this.I'm just being plain and clear.I just want us to communicate in a way one can understand other's feelings sincerely(atleast about music).
  
  My intention was not to irritate anyone but to make myself or someone else to see the flip side of it.
