Sorry guys, I was so busy with the practices I couldnt listen to all your comps! I am really thrilled to see you guys compose at such a speed!
Comment: I listened to your piece man. Wish I could compose like you!! Really cool. But you could have avoided very familiar "filmi" touch to the song (it wouldnt be difficult for you. You could have just been a little different). I like this one really a lot. Hoping to see more from you.

i am listening to kAdhal pAdhaiyil nAdOdi yAgap pOgalAm of srikanth's. the drumming style in the charaNam, reminds of j. beals of flashdance. :-))

arul, at last i got the 'professional' status, my score being compared with some one...:)

And so you are not anymore an amateur composer...but don't plan to leave us or this thread. BTW, I was there in Pittsburgh temple last weekend for my dad's veena concert. I thought of finding you over there. Looks like you're totally busy with Signature Album...all the best.
Folks, Korg Triton's Appregiators are naive...seems they give guidelines for a kind of style. Naturally used by many, it's like using adi thalam by many:-)) And so the beats/style match is to be ignored. Did you like it?
Comment, somehow your wedding song still stands high in the rank in all aspects. This hard rock song has some good phrases, sounds, vocals and possibly the lyrics. Ofcourse your tremendous effort and quest for experimenting things in your own way is highly appreciable. Good Job!

Aditya

RJay: I listened to the songs that I could download..no streaming here :(
liked your song "thats when I remember you"..good mood and melody.
Needs a lot more work to sound professional..but it does have a good
melody line.
Comment: Good work on "wedding song"...nice classical touch.
There's one thing I noticed with the song..there seems to be an abstraction between the vocals and the music. Mixing needs to smoothened a
bit more there...just my opinion.
Swamiji...saw the pics..you guys seems to be havin a great time.
Reminded me of my Undergraduate days...BTW...I studied in REC Calicut
and we attended "Saarang 1998" at IIT MAdras. Came first in Eastern music
competition there :)
Well, Aditya you havent given me your friends add...the other Jay you talked about.
You're right about the Triton arps..it is kinda naive. I never got inspired
by it. But I did use it in my song "Breathe"..its kicks in at the middle
of the song and continues till the end. Thats probably the only
time I used arps in my compositions.
Hey..guys I'm totally into Minnale's music...What do you guys feel about the
BGMs in "ivan yaaro". lots of great stuff in there.
catch u guys later.
Jay.

I have download-enabled all my compositions at http://www.mp3.com/rjay. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Good to know you liked 'That's when I remember you.' Try Udayamagum velaiyil - a tamil vocal sung by Suresh (another New Jersian) and lyrics by Udhaya.
BTW, I liked your photography page very much.

Sorry Man.. I was in Quad Cities only. Listened to everyone's composition & they are all cool.
Kind of surprised to hear MS and RajaG's voice in Srikanth's composition.
No I have'nt composed any Piano Solo. Recently I bought VLZ1202 Mackie Mixer (12 channel). I played 'Beethoven's Minuet in G' once again. pls. let me know if you find any difference in the recording.

I am sorry for being cryptic...I meant to say that song may remind anything but should have it's uniqueness - that's there in comment's song.

Aditya
