  Usually when u guys start posting, u do by where to download the songs first, and then go on with the discussion, my intention was never to hurt n e body..
  Magix: I apologize.. i was just irritated with somebody coming up with lame statistics so i jumped the bandwagon early so that we dont get into these kinds of discussion, one of the reasons, i got pissed with ppl saying KKS is not good.. it was one of the good albums of recent times.
  
  And btw, i dont like remarks, just bcoz somebody likes a particular music need not make fun or use bad words... u know what i mean and whom i mean.
  
  MAGIX AND V i apologize one more time, it was just to make fun and not intentional.. u know me GUYS..

  Yeah rishta - wow this song sure has Rahmans midas touch, the orchestration aptly supports the theme of the song and Reemas enchanting voice. Easily the best song of the album.
  
  For the rest of the songs i dont want to Rank them, its just in random order.
  Dhuan dhuan - begins with a mystic feel, Oh, one cannot believe Asha is 70 - her voice is just so young.
  
  Do kadam - Sonu nigam's voice is a stand out in this song, this is the one that takes you to tranquility, every thing is so soft about it, be the tune and the voice.
  
  Potters village - on hearing this background score i felt like it must have been picturised to depict a long tired journey which leads into a tent of belly dancers for the guys to relax, bear with me if my thoughts are bizarre ;) - Great work by ARR.
  
  Rang hai - A good foot tapping number like ("Dhol baje - just for an example"), a very rusty folk number, kudos to ARR.
  
  Noor un ala noor - A qawali strictly adhering to aunthenticity, its good but definetly not as commerical as Piya haji ali in Fiza, requires some time to sink in.
  
  I haven't heard the cycle bell thing yet, anyways overall a very good Album, Dilse and Taal sure had their elements of commercial shades despite their classic touch (if you're expecting such kinda music you're going to be disapointed )but this one can be compared to Zubeida where Rahman has tried to stick to Authenticity more than anything.
  
  I would personally rate zubeida as more Authentic but this comes a close 2nd.

  I can understand why rahman lost market in hindi field when he comes up with crap like this. He must be tired of indian cinefield. meenaxi is very dissapointing even a child can compose better tunes than the songs from meenaxi

  "Revived Illayaraj" does that mean he was in some sort of slump earlier?...ha ha ha...u were too busy in trying to indentify where and when ARR will fall but u realised that ur Idol already in slump..that he needs a box office movie to revive him...

  Cycle bell sounds were used much before 13 years, infact during the good old days whenever a mailman wants to deliver a mail he comes in front of the house and rings the bell.
  I have seen few MGR, sivaji and gemini movies .... ;)

  oooh now i know why Naatamai alway pinathiraning as ":thundu thundu"...
  he thought he could survive by selling Thundu to Producers..and so he bought too many thundu's just like Bharathis' father...unfortunately..all the albums became hits...and hs thundu business flopped..and so he became VISURU...

  1. Cyclist's Rhythm (flute piece is amazing)
  2. Yeh Rishta (what an amazing song)
  3. Rang Hai
  4. Chinnamma Chilakkamma
  5. Dhuan Dhuan
  6. Potter's Village
  7. Do Kadam
  8. Noor-Un-Ala-Noor
  
  But i dont think this album going to be a huge hit (i mean album sales). I thunk Lakeer will out sell Meenaxi.
