well i heard that his next flim would be with vijay n priyankachoupra staring in it
and the cd's will be out in july
and another one with prabhudeva staring in it n this will out in june i guess...
well more to come from him n i hope that he make's it big....

  This is my View:-
  
  Good points about MP movie:-
  1.Surya Acting and Looks..
  2.Cinematography and ofcourse
  3.Great Music..
  4.2 Full songs + Surya Solo bit kalakala shoot panni iruppathu..
  
  Bad points
  1.Kadhalukku Avalavu Ethirpu sollivittu, oru varthai-nala Love Panna Arambikarathu..
  2.Friend-oda Loverukku Birthday Wish kuda sollama Surya Sandai Podarathu..
  3.Bala-vai sila edathila follow panrathu..
  like Thorathi Sanda podum scene, love vanthavudan 2 minutes dance adarathu..

  many said thendi thendi looks like a song from mahaveer,i feel ysr's ,song "sollamal tjotu sellum thendral" in dheena looks similar to thehndi thendi mostly in rhy thm any comments on this.

  Bala, an action-packed movie by debutante director Deepak, though reminds us more of earlier Tamil films like Tamizh, the movie appears interesting thanks to excellent portrayal of characters.
  
  Sham, whose movies 12B and Yei, Nee Romba Azhaga Irruke, failed to click at the box-office, has tried acting as a macho man flexing his muscles in the film. But, he looks uncomfortable in such a role. He needs to put in more effort in emotive scenes too.
  
  Meera Jasmine, who stars opposite Sham has continued from where she had left in Run. She has justified her selection. The trio of Malayalam stars Thilakan, Raghuvaran and Rajan P Dev, who have done their best, which adds momentum to the movie.
  
  The movie is about two gangsters (Raghuvaran and Rajan P Dev) fighting each other, while Bala (Sham), a member of Rajan P Devs gang falling in love with Meera Jasmine, daughter of Raghuvaran. The rest of the movie is all about the efforts of the couple to join hands and stay away from all violence and lead a happy life.
  
  Also in the cast includes Kalairani, Rajasekar, Santhoshi and Meera Krishnan.
  
  The music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja, stunts by Super Subbarayan, while Raja Balu and Raju Mahalingam have produced the film.
  
  Alls well except for more effort from Sham, which is sadly missing.

  Are Yaar, it could range anywhere from 5 lakhs to 30 lakhs. YSR makes the dealings himself with the producers (doesn't have a manager to do this job) and he is not a good negotiator ;-) Just accepts whatever comes on his way.

  Isn't it wrong in YSR's part..?Now probably this attitude of his will force him to accept the cheapest price and weakest story line to compose when he is not in form...

  How much he charges is immaterial. What he creates needs to be judged on its own merit. THere is no need for him to be corrupted by the greed for money or the hype it generates. The range of 5-30 lakhs should reflect the needs of the songs and the budget of the movie. like for example, paying the technicians in india or abroad or for the type of orchestration or the equipment he needs or his travels expenses. period, lets talk about his music rather than what he charges or other such sundries.......

  I saw the ad. for geethai which said, 'indRu paadal pathivudan inithee aarambam' ... may be Yuvan mentioned about composing the songs for geethai and on pooja day they started recording them actually - not sure !
