well i heard that his next flim would be with vijay n priyankachoupra staring in it
and the cd's will be out in july
and another one with prabhudeva staring in it n this will out in june i guess...
well more to come from him n i hope that he make's it big....

Suresh..based on your reaction ..I read the interview..man ..you said it right uNarchikkuviyal ..yes. I think I know Balu Mahendra very well now..All my negative feelings against him now seem like a simplistic reaction inside me. Considering the amount of creativity inside him, I wish god gives him enough strenght to fight back his disappointments and failures and give him the strength to get back to doing what he does best - making movies. He is one person who can demonstrate that we (in tamil nadu/India) are no way inferior to anybody in our abilities in handling a medium like the cinema.

His experiences should also serve as a good lessons in the temptations and distractions in life.
Must read for any serious thinking person.

(I dont know what is the issue with him and Bala - but Bala is no way near Balu M creatively. I actually did not like sEthu for the way the movie sort of justified the heroes character)

I shld take back my initial review abt "Punnagai Poove".YSR has done a decent job in that album except for the "Gaana" song.He looks totally clueless in that song and he shld probably take a training for a day or two from his father. The other songs are decent and especially the song "Vaanam Thoovum Poo" is too good.(Though it reminds me of "Eera Nila" from Aravindan")

Btw,does anyone know where I can get MP3's of "Aravindan","Vellai","Blast" and "Unnakkaka Ellam Unnakkaka".(And plz don't reply that I will get in a CD!!!!!!!!!!!!!).I especially want the "Blast" songs.Can someone help?????.

I did buy the casette of "Blast" in India but I am presently in US and I forgot to bring the casette(How stupid of me!!!!).And I guess Blast was there in STSrinivasan's page a long time ago but it is not there now.Since U have the Album(Does that mean a CD????),can U upload the songs somewhere????.We will be very thankful to U for that help.

the songs of punagai poove and popcarn are really good.yuvan has done a tremendous job in both.
especially in popcarn listen to the music...he has used the instruments so well and it is so good.three cheers to yuvan

As far as songs are concerned, MP is very good, But I must say, thesedays I listen to PopCarn more than MP and PP :-/

Guys I saw MP movie. It is a very different story and has been taken well. Finally YSR has a movie that justifies the great songs he has done for the film! I enjoyed the songs before seeing the movie, but now i am stuck on them!
