Hi,

I am fan of Anuradha Sriram (Singer). If anybody had information or JPG files of Anuradha Sriram. Please pass it to my email muralidesk@usa.net His famous Songs are :-

  i feel she would do great if she reduces that LREashwari kind of a tone that creeps in to her rendition concsiously or otherwise . it does not really go very well with all compositions.also why doesnt she sing more in her nalam nalamariya aaval scale and let us enjoy her gifted voice. also there was a beautiful en manadhai kollai adithavale(from some god forsaken film) in the same tone and class of nalam....does she have to take the tag of filmy parveen sultana too seriously and show off her skill to reach different scales effortlessly...? she sounds the best with out that masti kinda voice...which she often gets in to..

  Anuradha Sriram is out to make her money. At a recent charity concert held in Chennai (Netru Indru Nalai in aid of The Banyan), Anuradha demanded 50,000 rs. for a couple of songs. Mind you, the concert included performances by giants like S. Janaki, Chitra, Sujatha and ARR himself and not one of them charged a penny! But this upstart insisted that she be paid to perform. And at the end of the 2 1/2 hr show, nobody seemed to miss her. Harini & Sujatha sang 'her' songs and did a darned good job of it prompting us to wonder if they should've sung it in the first place.

  Suma,It is nice to note that SJ,Chithra,Sujatha and ARR did not take money for their work for the chariy show referenced and it is their good will. But please do not take it as a right that artists have to work for charity shows without compensation. If a person does a job,let it be an artist or any other professional,he or she has a right to get compensated for that. If Anuradha or any other artist has performed for the charity show, you are definitely geting a positive result or gain out of it.The rates will vary from artist to artist depending on their reputation and standing.Negotiation with the artist is organizer's business, but do not say she has no right to demand what she feels she deserves.
  
  ARR composed "Vandematharam" for on the occasion of 50 years of independence. That was a very very important occasion and the video was done to recall the great day. This is for a national cause.Do you think ARR or any other person involved in that did a free service?

  FYI ARR was paid just his expenses (studio charges and all) for Vande Mataram. For Jan-Gan-Man, all the artistes (SPB, Lata, Asha, Bhimsen Joshi, Vikku & others) and ARR were paid NOTHING!

  Anuradha has got lots of talent and I dont think that she would have demanded so much of money to do a show with other celeb's but then again there you are...,some one is out to tarnish her name and image..she is one hell of a singer and I sincerely wish her well in her future under takings.God Bless.

  Anuradha Sriram has a unique style of changing her tone according to the song. She is really very talented.... I like her Oru Padiya(Devotional song)... She is beautiful too...May god bless her always...
