Ajay Devgan and Vivek Oberoi can’t stop raving about the songs of Mani Ratnam’s Yuva. “A.R. Rahman and Mani Sir and dynamite together,” says Vivek on the sets of Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria’s Masti, and adds, “The six songs Rahman has recorded for the film are mind-blowing.”

Ajay Devgan, his co-star in Yuva and Masti, uses the same words to describe them. Incidentally, when the film was launched earlier this year, Mani Ratnam had decided not to have a single song in it.

Vivek also feels that Abhishek Bachchan’s is the best role and best performance in the film. “That guy’s career will take off in a big way after Yuva,” predicts Vivek.

  The female voice in saNdai kozhi definitely sounds like Sadhana Sargam's, not Madhushree's. Although I like Sadhana as a singer, I think she is regressing in her Tamil pronunciation (yeah, if that is possible!) OMG, were the lyricist and director there when they recorded her vocals? Really shortchanges the song when you have somebody mutilating the words, especially when it has a rural/rustic flavour. Chitra Sivaraman would have been a great fit for this song, both in terms of mood and pronunciation.

  IMHO,I understand your frustration. you also need to understand that it is cumbersome for surfers to 'register' to all kinds of forums and remember the login ID and pwd. If yours was a better 'free' forum like newtfmpage, then I don't see a reason, why I or anybodyelse would not be there. anyway, your site got more publicity now. I am sure there would more 'new registered users' after AE release.
