That is because spanish people will not come from spanish to kick him.
It is like IR did not go to spanish to kick them for copied his maveeran song.
But if ARR accept that he copied from maveeran song then tamilnadu people will kick him.ARR is very clever.Keep it up ARR.

Hi
I have seen the movie maveeran.
Three time I have seen the movie in theatre.
The song vangada vanga en vandikkupinnale is the first song of the movie.Rajni will be riding in a chatr with horse for the song. The same style was used in muthu oruvan oruvan muthalali.
The spanish song is came after maveeran and just before the En swasa katre.
The velai movie MD YSR came in 1998.One song kunnooru poochatti is copied by ARR in parasuram. That is DOLNA.Parasuram came recently.

The Othungu song is an MP3 on:

Hi every one,
Jumbalakka is the copy of maveeran song.
Not remake.
One can expect the same in remake song. While copying the MD will try his best to make difference.Thats what ARR did in jumbaklakka.
The song CHANDRALAKA in the maniratnam movie THIRUDA THIRUDA is copied from the song 'WHO IS IT' from the michael jackson's album DANGEROUS.

AY - its not only IR camp..... 20 years from now, still someone will be saying "IR copied kanavu kaaanum vaazhkaai yaavum" song..... so can i say the same words u used :-)
- From: (@ 195.217.141.65)
on: Wed May 28 04:27:48 EDT 2003
but Dhana, the Maveeran song isn't even resembling a Spanish song, let alone Jumbalakka! How exactly did ARR copy the Othungu song?
It is an MP3 on:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Rajinidotcom1/files/Miscellaneous/Maveeran/
Take a listen and see.
Sabesan, did UR really copy "kanavu kaaanum vaazhkaai yaavum"
- From: sabesan (@ 12.29.89.6)
on: Wed May 28 08:46:01 EDT 2003
"195.217.141.65" - the answer is "yes" and "no". It depends upon how u take it. "Yes" its a pure replica of some hindi song. But "no" it was not "copied" like others do, where they take it, and do not accept that. IR did accept that it was done at the request of BM, and it was a "song" exchange (Ilaya NIla's notes were exchanged).

Hi,
One should undersatnd the difference between the copy and the remake.
The maveeran song was just replaced with western rhythm in Jumbalakka. That is it .It is COPY not remake.
Also check out the songs DOLNA with velai movie song Kunnooru poochatti
And Konjamn nilavu song in the movie thiruda thiruda with the song WHO IS IT from the MJ' album DANGEROUS.
The song Thangapathakkathin meley is copied as Enna vilai azhagey in kadalar dinam.

But Dhana, I can't hear the melody of Jumbalakka in the Maveeran song - there is absolutely no similarity at all. Please can you check the song name again for us. Are you sure it is the Othugu song, as featured on?
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Rajinidotcom1/files/Miscellaneous/Maveeran/
I know the difference between a copy and a remake, but I cannot see any resemblance between those two songs! I am so confused.
Sanesha, cheers. I have heard the Hindi 'Ilaya Nila' - now you cleared up the doubts I had about it, as I was worried that IR had taken a Hindi tune and jazzed it uop, but it looked like they took IR's tune and re-made it. Thanks so much!
Dhana, for the Dholna song I would aslo dispute that it is a copy of the song in Velai - why? beacuse, Dohna was written and composed before Velai, but it was released much later, because of production problems. The song video had been made, which means that anyone who went for the shooting would have heard the Dohlna song and could have put the idea in U1's head! Considering he imitated ARR anyway, it doesn't surprise me.

I dont know if this was mentioned already. Just had the misfortune of watching Baba. The so-called "theme music" where some Madras guy pathetically tries to shout a few English words in American style, is a lift from 'raaththiri nEraththu' from anjali.
The Baba music goes something like
B to the A to the B to the A to the BABA. Compare with
rAthiri nErathu rAtchsap pEikaNdu STAR WARS
