  I don't think Peter Pan is anti ARR here. I am talking about the general mood. Why are TFM directors started copying Hindi songs again. It was there in early 90's. I want the bollywood to beg to us. We need not take lessons from them.

  The voice of whomever sings the PiLLai song is nice. The vizhi thing might be equivalent to Pillai Nila song by KJY in the movie Neengal Kettavai. One way that lead to a hit!!!. It is like a Novel writer's freedom. but does hurt when Tamizh is just being killed.

  all it says, (can be verified with the producers or the title in the movie) that the listed song,
  give me hugz, was indeed composed by karthik raaja.
  
  the site documents albums where karthik raaja has been involved as a composer..
  
  again if u r interested, karthik raaja also played the keyboard, in other songs composed by bavatharini for the soundtrack of mitr-my friend
  
  regarding the dead song links, there are plans to either increase bandwidth or get rid of that idea altogether - rather providing links to other sites..

  where can i get Grahan songs yaar ...i am in mumbai ..even here i do not find any caseete for grahan ..i have searched in lot of shops ..can u suggest some website where i can download grahan songs ....(active links)..
  Particlarly ,the songs posted in geocities.com are mostly dead ....
  For ur information too ,
  1.Karthick raaja compose his first song in PANDIAN movie
  2.He composed the title track-tariler version for HEYRAM,when i was in college i had heard it ,excellent piece of music
  3.He has also composed the background music for siraichali for some reels...
  
  his only bad work as i see is Vanchinathan ,others were good...

  thanks to whoever first listened to this album ALBUM!!! Number one pick is ofcourse maestros duet and then the chellama chellam song.....I hope the movie is not a damp squib and poor KRs efforts go a waste........and I am very sckeptical as it is a movie from the KB house...

  nice music veryclose to ur heart, but once again magazines like india today finding this performance as mediocre.please bring more on "album" reviews by other magazines also,this india today has cited baba a better one , while even hard core rajini fans and ar rehman fans have said the music is a crap, it was rightly said by the ananthavikatan too.

  Poor singing by Sujatha ? What do you mean ? I feel 'kaathal vaanoli' is one of the best female duets in recent past and as far as singing is concerned, I would rate it miles ahead of the national award winning 'paattu solli' from Azhagi

  Well said. kAdhal vanoli is one of the best female solos in recent times and has been rendered well by Sujata.
  I still remember, in my initial review of ALBUM, mentioning incorrectly that Sadhana has sung the song well and your immediate response to that :)

  Kadhal Vanoli is mainly set in Raga Gowri ManOhari (Older example: SOlai Poovil mAlai Thendral), with bits of Dharmavathy (older example: Hey AyyAsami). The initial prelude music piece is in Reeti GowLai (older example: Thalayai Kuniyum tAmaraye)

  Don't know if its appropriate of me to bring this up here..... but its worth a try...
  
  Has anyone had chance to check out an album called " Naalzai ", it's out on the web and supposedly the music was scored by KR. To be honest, I find it hard to beleive that KR is capable of such mediocre score after his outstanding work on "ALBUM".

  I think KR composed only 2 songs in this album 'naaLai', rest were composed by somebody else (some samasthana maharaja ... hei, I am not joking, seriously some vaarisu of a kingdom was a Co-MD)
  
  I don't know which are the two songs KR did, But there was a very good SPB Solo in it ..

  The other MD is Mohammad Aasif Ali, but this album is not new. I bought the Shajahan CD about 10 months back, 'naaLai' also included on the cd.
