  You are welcome!
  Yes, i am using cool edit 96 . If you are not using , i would suggest you try recording a couple of songs with it since you have much better quality CD's. They all sound to have been recorded from original sound track. Your encodings are great!

  Hi SK, thanks a lot. I am going to have listen to those songs repeatedly, then I will post my thoughts. To be truthful, I have never heard many old songs, except those of PS...so this should be a new experience for me.
  
  I listened to a few songs and two of them are still in my mind.
  
  1) Aarodum mannil
  2) Vaan meethilE
  
  I have to thank you a lot for the second song. It is one of my favourite. I suppose they don't call MSV as 'melody king' for no reason:-) This is really one of his greatest composition, I think. I would like to ask for a little favour. When you have the time, can you please translate the lyrics into plain tamil. I find it a little difficult to understand the song. Thanks.

  ever see HMZ? It is a lousy movie! It has good
  songs, though. (Just on the side: A CM teacher
  who comes to teach music for my daughter says
  enna enna vaarththaigaLO is in KaraHara
  Priya. I think he starts the song with Pa. Is

  Hello Mr.Zamindar is an adaptation of P.G.Wodehouse's book titled "If I were you". The book is hilarious. They must have lost quite a bit in translation.

  actor, I think. MDs: Viswanathan-Ramamurthy. The
  song is by Kannadhasan. It must have been a flop
  movie, I think. Manisekaran mentioned that the
  song, paadinaar kavinjar paadinaar is also
  in the same movie. Manisekaran, can you give more
  info about this movie? ("silai ezhuppum" vishayaththil
