Romantic , Feel- good songs by SPB.

I do not understand tamil but i love sp bala's voice! I specially like the romantic songs he sings to modern beats! My favourites are
En Veetu thotatil - Gentleman
Kadhalenum - Kadhalar Dinam
Anbe anbe - Kadhal Desam
Anjali Anjali - Duet
Roja...
Can anyone recommend me some more film songs and film names in which sp bala has rendered songs in this style...please not old films but new films with good semi classical and fast music!...I am sure by now u have got the idea of what type of songs I mean! Many thanks to all the readers.

  Hello I Found Someone Posted That SPB has "Artificial Stylish", Who is That. Dont Say Like That, Here There R Lot of SPB Fans and Craze, I Love His Voice, Nobody Can Touch His Class of Singing. Do U Think, All His Songs R Repeted The Same Style, Just Listen "Payangha Mudivathilai", He Sung 7 Songs in That Film, All R Different Style, Pls Dont Repet UR Style of Saying SPB has "Artificial Style".

  we all know KJY is great & better than SPB in carnatic, but when it comes to play back singing SPB is the don & the ultimate, KJY is several miles away from SPB!

  KJY has a nasal voice at hight pitches, when he sings kalaivaniye at high pitch, it sounds very thin & nasal, else at mid -lower octaves he is very good, but KJY lost his voiec 10 years ago, at the age og 52, but at 58 SPB still sounds like 25 year old youth,!

  hello, mallu or tamil does not matter, but his songs after 1996 in tamil sounds bad, his voice became to sqeeky!

  I agree with your statement about KJY's voice after 1996 (even 1994). But in 1996 KJY was 57 and not 52 (as you stated earlier. But, if we take KJY's voice before 1994 (I am restricting myself to TFM), when you talk about "Voice", there is none to beat our greatest DR.KJY.

  About KJY's voice sounding "thin & nasal" at high pithes I have this to say: When KJY sings at the highest pitches that the other singers can sing, we do not realise KJY is singing at high pitch, because he does it so naturally, effortlessly (E.g., "Kanavu kanum vazhgai yaavum"). So, unjustly, no credit is given to his (KJY's)singing at these pitches by a casual listener.
  
  The pitches at which we find KJY strained (nasal, thin etc..) are the pitches at which other singer (including SPB)would not even be able to sing.
  
  Listen to the best high-pitch-songs sung by KJY/SPB, you would realise this (put it through a voice analyser,to convince oneself).

  Just Listen SPB's "Mun Paniya" From Nandha(All The SPB's Songs Under the Baton of Yuvan), And Just Stop THis Topic, Bcoz I Accept UR Statement With Just an Include, "None Other THan My Great SPB to Beat KJJ". Just Listen THat "Mun Pania" Song, How SPB, the Great Decorates Even His Breath At The End of First Stanza. So Please Stop THis Topic, I Dont Want To Compare My SPB's Voice With The Any Other Singers in The World.

  << No, I don't agree, dude, KJY has an excellent voice, but it is monotonous, he sounds the same all the time, his voice is best suited for sad songs, bhajan songs & Carnatic based songs (In which he excels), but SPB's voice is AWSOME, it is full of energy, full of RICHNESS, full of ROMANCE, full of DEPTH/BASS, plus the way he MODULATE his voice is unparallel, in comparable, he is in par with the great Rafi & well above KJY and all other singers in PLAY BACK SINGING, note, I am not talking about Carnatic singing!

  << This such an absurd statement, SPB is the ONLY male singer along with Great Rafi, who sings with ease at high pitches, NOT the great Dr.KJY, though an excellent Carnatic artists, KJY is not able to hit note 36, with EASE, of course he can, but not with ease as SPB / Rafi, this was analysed by the great Latha ji :),
