The idea of creating a web site for P. Susheela evolved in the threads
'P. Susheela solos' and 'P. Susheela fans". After 6 months of efforts
from many PS fans, the site is ready for launch as a gift from all of us
on P. Susheela's birthday on Nov 13. The URL is
http://psusheela.org
Your input in the form of feedback and any material such as photos,
artilces, and such is appreciated.


A small function has been arranged in Chennai on that day. Here are teh
details

Date: 13-11-2003
Venue: G.R.T. Grand Days(in b/t teynampet - Pondybazar)
Time: 11.00 a.m

Guests : Mellisai Mannargal M.S. Viswanathan and T.K. Ramamoorthy,
some other celebrities(not finalized)

We invite you all (particularly people in Chennai,Bangalore,Kerala &
Andhra) to attend this and make this function a Great Success

  I'm a great fan of Smt.P.Susheela.I'm periodically visiting this site where u people are doing a great job indeed!I would like to know who is the MD for the Telugu Film "MLA Edukondalu" in which PS got her 5th national award.   Happy Year to all, the "PS Forum Members". Its been quite a while since I had a chance to visit the TFM PAGE, in particular, PS threads. I intend to write in the next few days a series of pieces on some of her songs that I can recollect over the past few years. Guess a good progress has been made on her website.   In Telugu articles, under Mallemala's opinions, it is written as "Idi Hrudhayam".. It is actually Idi Hrudhyam"... There is one "a" which should be deleted. Both the words are there in Telugu though (i.e. Hrudhayam and Hrudhyam") ;-))

  In awards,for Megha Sandesam, it is mentioned as Telugi instead of Telugu.Also in Duets with TMS (Tamil),"Ilankaiyin Ilam Kuyil" song is mentioned which is actually rendered by TMS & Vani Jayram. PS hasn't sung in that movie I believe. Pls correct it.

  I'm really happy to see a lot of changes at PS' website at regular intervals. In awards section, I'm really amazed to see the full details of awards. I would like to suggest some corrections in that. Ps got the Kalaimamani Award in 1980 itself. In 1991, She got the "Kalai Chelvam" Award given by Film Actors' Association.(I think I'm right.Pls check). Also she has won TN state Award 5 times.Kindly check & update if I'm right.

  Can a `New updates page' be part of the main page on website where all new updates/songs are displayed and linked, so that it will be easy for navigation for regular visitors. Also, whenever available, details on the year of song creation can be added into your database, this will be useful when fans need info on songs from a particular year.
