  For ARR fans here - while Kangalaal kaidhu sei is impressive, the song that has been playing frequently in my player of late is "Mujhpe Toofan" from Tehzeeb by ARR. Chk this out if you guys havent yet. An emotion-packed haunting ghazal set in a modern ambience.

  I like "Anarkali"... thats the first song I heard, and it stuck to me. "Thamizh amma" is second on my list and "theekuruvi" is 3rd... I didnt really like "enuyir thozhi"... and the other one...

  I really cant stop getting excited. This is one great album staright from the 90s I guess.
  
  All the songs remind me of the heydays of chord rich exciting music of old ARR that gave us beautiful melodies.
  
  Best thing is that he has given rest to guys like Blaaze and Pravin Mani who spoil his music with unwanted rap and bullsshit experimentation!
  
  I hope KKS is a hit and E20U18 a flop. That way ARR will know why he should go back and give tunes like 90s!

  V, u are dead right man. Ennuyir thozhiye and Thikkruvi are the songs that i'm hooked to. I was apprehensive, that KKS would be similar to the other albums ARR had been churning out of late. But i am glad that i was wrong.
  Apart from these two songs, i am not sure that the rest does fit into great songs. Rahman could have concentrated more and made this one hell of a album. ANyway, for ennuyir and thikkuruvi, simply one word to describe it, "Out of the world". Take this from a IR fan

  Ah!, Here you are starting to spoil a thread. I dont want to go about bashing u'r insane comment on me . Its stupids like you who go on rampage and bad mouth about other MD's even when they deliver some thing that's absolutely mind boggling.
  Listen to music without prejudice and only then you can enjoy it, be it even if its from some other MD's who is not your favourite. And last but not the least, i am an ardent IR fan and will remain so for the few decades to come.
  May be i should stick with IR threads and not bother to visit other threads where the situation is hostile!!!
