Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy can be brought to TFM

Remember the Music Director trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, the music directors of Kamal Hassan's Alavandhaan. They seem to be missing in the Tamil scene for the last 2 years and they are doing really good in the Hindi field. They have given solid musical hits in Hindi such as; Mission Kashmir, Dil Chahtha Hai. I think they can be brought to the Tamil films again. I feel they are definitely better than Deva and a few others. I think they are the best as far as Hindi Film Music goes after A R Rahman.

I would like healthy comments who listen to Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and have a fair knowledge of Hindi Film Industry.

  song ,kuch na kaho, which was sung by great kumar sanu was from the film ,1942 a love story, music by one and only r.d burman, listen to kumar sanu,s kuch na kaho and then listen to ur favourite md sel,s composition ,kuch na kaho, if u r true music lover or if u got knowledge about music then u must say, that kumar sanu,s version is evergreen, and sel can only think about composing that kind of songs,,,

  i think u only enjoyed and reply the mails who,s got praises about u or ur favourite sissy,girlish singer sonu nigam, you r not nadeem shravan, anu malik, jatin lalit, r.d berman,or rajesh roshan, that you just say bad and abusive words against kumar sanu.how can u even think about kumar sanu in this way, that u are not gonna give him a chance in ur crapy music, he doesnt need u ,you need him,only if u wanna be in list of great md,s. afterall kumar sanu got the award for best singer of decade, 90,s,,,,,, i hope u gonna reply me this time,,byeeee

  brother u are really insulting GREAT R.D BURMAN by comparing him with SEL.if nadeem shravan, anu malik, jatin lalit and rajesh roshan cant touch his class, then SEL, noway man.firstly SEL has to produce albums like 1942 a love story, aashiqi,PHIR TERI KAHANI YAAD AAYI, deewana, dil ka kia kasoor, SIR, jurm, dilwale, dharkan, kasoor,NARAZ, then i will say that SEL is one of best music director aswell, but unfortunately sel doesnt believe in indian melody, and heart touching hummable songs, thats why he doesnt beleive in great KUMAR SANU aswell, anyway its all SEL,s loss by not using a legend like KUMAR SANU, whos been used by all legendary MD,s like R.D BURMAN, NADEEM SHRAVAN, and ANU MALIK.

  Dear Dilwala,
  I m really a very cheap music composer and cant afford big singers.But if u know any big singer who can sing for me for Rs.500 i m ready to give him my song. And for God's sake dont say that Shaan has got a rough voice. By the way Shaan and Sonu Nigam are my 2nd favourite after Sanu. Please let me know u i have met Shaan and Sonu Nigam twice during a music concert here in my city and they both are very soft while interacting with local singers and composers.

  hey this is REALLY GREAT!!!i read one of ur posts in which u said that u r only a few movies old, but u are not ruling out using sanu da in the future!!!THATS GREAT!!!
  
  by the way, 'kaisi hai yeh rut ki jis mein' is my favorite SEL song of all time, really romantic, soothing, also very well used in the movie.so experiments DO WORK!!!
  
  but i do hope that once u actually use sanu da,u will build a lasting relationship with him, and churn out hit after hit.
  
  u r being by big banners like karan johar,farhan akhtar, subhash ghai productions, vinod chopra etc, so u HAVE made it big.....i am sure that millions of KS fans are waiting to hear you compose a song which KS sings....the combo is really something to look out for!!!

  i also hope that u will not let ego come in the way of contacting sanu da, after all sanu da IS more senior in the industry, i am sure u agree.
  
  i also hope u will also forget the rude comments sanu da had once made regarding the song 'urvashi urvashi',actually i AM SURE that shankar has taken those comments to heart(it was an early and sensitive phase of his career), and that is a reason why u had earlier said that u will not use sanu da.
  
  sanu da's comments were targeted at ARR, not at shankar, i hope u will forget the issue, as u know, sanu da and ARR didnt have good relations at that point of time.i am SURE sanu da respects shankar as a singer.
  
  i have a question for u..... i had read somewhere that karan johar and sonu nigam are both gay, this is why karan has promoted him all this way (starting from 'sooraj hua madham' in K3G ), and also explains why sonu hasn't gone for a honeymoon yet. didn't u feel uncomfortable/insecure while working in a 'gay atmosphere' during the making of 'kal ho na ho'?

  you r right brother,SEL has to work with great kumar sanu, not just to win billions of kumar sanu fans heart but to create a magical score, like all other MD,s has done so far.if u look at AR REHMAN,s music i dont think there is one single song whom a lover wanna sing for his or her love one, why is that coz ar.rehman,s music is full of western instruments,bass, only noise, but u cant even find any hummable melody or heart touching tune in his songs. if SEL wanna create some magical albums like AASHIQI or PHIR TERI KAHANI YAAD AAYI, then they have to use KUMAR SANU cos he is the only one who can win the hearts of all RAFI,s and KISHORE KUMAR,s fans.
  How can all of us forget about the remarks which R.DBURMAN mentioned about KUMAR SANU, he said that he composed all songs of 1942 a love story, for KISHORE KUMAR, but KUMAR SANU really proved me wrong, coz he did better job then kishore kumar in 1942 a love story.
  so SEL cant ignore a talented singer such as kumar sanu.

  Hi Ehsaan I'm fardeens wife just read everyones post including my husbands... I have a great story to tell... I met my husband on net and the first thing asked from both sides was Who's ur favourite singer? much to each others surprise we both said "KUMAR SANU"!! I really think when Kumar Sanu hits the mic he hits more than just my heart but also ever lasting fans!!His voice is immaculate!!.. You can't compare such a talented singer with majority of the singers of today.. I'm british born and i could never speak a word of hindi but i could understand it.. I watched plenty of hindi movies and i just thought the songs and dances were a bit over the top.. Then came Kumar Sanu hitting the singing industry like a bang it made me see movies and songs in a new light.. There was a brilliant period where every song was sang by Kumar sanu and it was just amazing every asian person had his songs blasting out of their car stereos!! Even white people here are amazed by his voice even though they don't understand the words they love his voice and now they hum his tunes!! My request to you is to have Kumar Sanu sing for your music... Trust me you'll go far!!
