Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy can be brought to TFM

Remember the Music Director trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, the music directors of Kamal Hassan's Alavandhaan. They seem to be missing in the Tamil scene for the last 2 years and they are doing really good in the Hindi field. They have given solid musical hits in Hindi such as; Mission Kashmir, Dil Chahtha Hai. I think they can be brought to the Tamil films again. I feel they are definitely better than Deva and a few others. I think they are the best as far as Hindi Film Music goes after A R Rahman.

I would like healthy comments who listen to Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and have a fair knowledge of Hindi Film Industry.

  I mean, like if its a big banner with big names
  but a dumb old story in a new bottle?
  I am asking this because most of the Indian

  I do not think SEL copy ARR or so. I find them more versatile than ARR. To me ARR tunes always sound too southern (except The Legend of Bhagat Singh). I find SEL more Hindi than ARR. I was surprised to se SEL's name in 1+1=11 promos. Initially I thought it is Anu Malik or Anand Milind's score. IMO that is what we call "Versatility". I have been observing their work since ZOR, and they have modulated themselves a lot.

  And coming to Sonu Nigam. He has done a amazing job for ARR in TLOBS = Sarfaroshi Kii Tamanna Ab Hamaare Dil Mein Hai.
  I just cannot imagine any other singer in that song. A most deserving national award winner. I do not understand why Udit got National Award for a absolutely CRAP song.

  frankly speaking does not really boost your
  resume.....
  
  I think SEL should stick to films with more
  sensible music and leave the Govida style masala
  film to Anand-Milind.

  hi werco they are mistaking zor with dus .nayee padosan was an old film we had recorded for which suddenly revived and we couldnt rerecord lot of the old material ek aur ek gyarah was done for the experience and because subhasdh ghai was producing

  Hi Ehsaan, your jugalbandi composition in Armaan was just amazing. Can you please tell us who the artistes were who played the violin and saxaphone? Also, the song in kuch na kaho - baat meri suniye was wonderful. I felt that the use of raga kedar for a light hearted song was very different as it is used so much in bhajan type songs usually (as in ham ko man ki shakti- guddi and ishwar allah -1947, etc) Please continue the great work.
