  The reason u tend to mistake it for MMG is becuase of its punching similarity to kaadhal kavidhaigaL padiththidum neram. But raajanodu uses ri2 as opposed to ri1 of kaadhal kavidhaigaL

  I am not sure about it since I have not heard more than the first 2 lines of pallavi

  By the way, a friend of mine had dinner with Ilayaraja Sir and his family, in Chennai....
