Ajay Devgan and Vivek Oberoi can’t stop raving about the songs of Mani Ratnam’s Yuva. “A.R. Rahman and Mani Sir and dynamite together,” says Vivek on the sets of Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria’s Masti, and adds, “The six songs Rahman has recorded for the film are mind-blowing.”

Ajay Devgan, his co-star in Yuva and Masti, uses the same words to describe them. Incidentally, when the film was launched earlier this year, Mani Ratnam had decided not to have a single song in it.

Vivek also feels that Abhishek Bachchan’s is the best role and best performance in the film. “That guy’s career will take off in a big way after Yuva,” predicts Vivek.

  Whats happening that duplicate piratheepan is having fun here? I just got back from Galveston beach. It is a very hot day in Houston. Indian people here prefer going out to beach than going to Indian restaurant or my movie 'Yuva/AE". The theatre here is deserted no one to be seen. I saw Yuva again for the ..sorry i don't remember..I didn't have an Usher job...since no one in the theatre to watch it..
  
  Anyways here is a news you all like. From Hindu..on Yuva's failure to reach the audience 20 crore budjet, sucking music by our ARR..Maniratnam going nuts after heartattack etc...

  Where is the difference, MR!! the way he has handled the story-line and screen play
  What was good?
  Significantly the music (surely not BGM) but the songs, they sounded better with the movie, except for Nenjam song (which i liked in the CD than in the movie). Fanah is my pick with the movie, may be it is my fav Trish who lights up the song???
  Dol,Dol... just merges/mingles with the scenes.
  
  Actors did a better job so could not hear the background to be phenomenal, and I surely dont believe ARR does a gr8 job when it comes to BGM, but he does a OK job.

  good that you have uploaded bgm, but the sound quality is very low. Of course the BGM IS GOOD but i liked the sd quality in BABA rap uploaded by arrfans grp ... can ne1 in arr fangrp upload it at files section. WWW.goldwave.com - use the free ver. to upld the bgm @ high quality frm the VCD itself.

  just read from times that shankar and kamal are doing a movie called "NASA - An indian storms the world". and guess who's scoring the music... yeah its Rahman... apparently they're gonna use 2 songs recorded for the earlier shelved robot.
  one being sung by rahman himself and has guitar symphonies by prasanna. the song is called "ulagamuzhuvadhum indiapuyal.... vaasamenbathum un thanthara seyal...."
