Manmadhan by Yuvan

Guys,

Manmadhan, the album is coming this month. I have seen couple of previews of this movie, I was impressed with the backgound music. I hope the songs will be Mounam Pesiyathe-like.

  Music Review
  
  Silambarasan's forthcoming release Manmathan's audio is out on the markets for sale. Yuvan Shankar Raja's has come up with foot-tapping tunes for Manmathan which has Silambarasan rendering his voice for a couple of numbers. Interestingly, T Rajendhar's peppy song En Asai Mayithiliae in his film Maythili Ennai Kadhali, released about two decades ago, has been
  remixed for Manmathan.
  
  Vaali, Snehan, Pa Vijay and Na Muthukumaran have penned the lyrics for the songs.
  
  Anushka, a singer from Viva Girls music troupe, has sung a number - O Mahirae while Sadhna Sargam has rendered the title song Manmadhane. Silambarasan has lent his voice for Thathai Thathai with Clinton, Vasundhara Das and pop singer Blazee, while he also sung the remix number in the movie along with Radio Mirchi DJ Suchitra.
  
  Silambarasan, who has written the story and screenplay for the movie has also taken care of additional rhythm and vocal arrangements. Silambarasan says, my favorite number in the movie is Kadhal Valaithein sung by KK. It is a soft number, which I love the most, while Yuvan Shankar Raja says Oh Mahirae, is his favorite.
  
  However, the foot-tapping numbers in the movie reminds us of earlier tunes of A R Rahman.

  These are the best songs for a Simbu movie until now...Go for it KuddiRaja...Or Isai Ilavarasan as they have mentioned it in 7G Rainbow Colony. Great effort...enjoy it...!!!

  hahahaha.........after HJ, now YSR starts copying ARR's earlier tunes!! where's naataamai?? i thought he's all praise for all YSR's score..including the copied songs in Kadhal Konden.. now YSR starts copying ARR....so sad :-)

  err....not to conclude anything here...but just to higlight...
  
  ARR used VIVA for Lakeer = YSR used Anushka (Viva) here
  ARR using Blaaze for most of his recent albums = YSR using Blaaze here
  ARR's latest Dol Dol Dol song contains computer voice modulation = so is the case in Oh Mahirae....

  Manmathan sounds good I liked KK song a lot. But for the time being i will stick with Annakili & Unthan Vili Munai & Laggavathi of 4 students. :)
