Alka Yagnik or K S Chitra. Who sings better?

The first thing that came to my mind when I saw KSC & KK comparisn was that it was unfair. This I think anyone can judge. My vote goes to KSC. I will announce the result on 7th July 2002 based on the max no of votes

  U had mentioned abt the song from Kabhi na Kabhi sung by alka.. mil gaye.. but have u heard the original version of that song sung by our Chitra in tamil and telugu.. Anjali Anjali.. just listen to that first and then tell us who is the best... She is Far ahead... buddy...   nOW HOWEVER, IN THE PAST YEAR OR SO CHITRA REALLY HAS MADE PROGRESS IN HINDI FILM MUSIC WITH FILMS LIKE ARMAAN, MEIN PREM KI DEWAANI HOON AND KOI MILGAYA.

  Hi guys im a big fan of Chirta, and she does have one of the most beautiful voice in the world.thats my opinion other people coiuld say that about other singers also. i think alka is alrite but chirta has something that alka doesnt have and thats what so special about chirta.this song from ASOKA and there was this song chirta sang and she sounded soooo cute!

  yes I agree Alka yagnik is rather monotonous.
  But both singers are good. Each songs suits a differnt singer anjali sounded perfect in chitra's voice and taal se taal, o re chori from lagaan sounded good in alka's voice.
