  I cant recall the word between Shanmughane and Endroli. Maybe the word is Guhan again. Possibly that word comes first and Shanmughane next.

  There are some TF songs that hv the same feel as any other prayer songs. I would rate Manam Kanindharul Velmuruga, Maname Muruganin Mayil Vahanam, Sundari Sowndari Nirandariye, Sri Ranga Ranga Nadhanin Padham Vandanam Solladi among them. They evoke the feeling of prayer much better than say, Kandha Sashti Kavacham for me! What about you guys? Do you hv songs that make you feel the same way?

  Desperately need to identify the following:
  1. vaanavillin mun varnajaalangaL, raviverman kaigaL varaintha vannangaL... The words might not be exactly right. This song was popular in the late 70s - there was a time when it would appear every week on SLBC's ungaL viruppam.
  
  2. jaam bazaar jaggu, naan saidapettai sokku... I think this was by manorama and Cho. movie id, please.
  
  3. There was a historical in the mid-to-late 80s starring Sivaji as Naagama Nayakkar who rebels against Krishna Deva Rayar. May have been a telugu dubbing or remake - what was it called?

  I love Gantasala songs. His voice is very unsual, everytime I hear his song it touches a sympathetic nerve. I used to hear his songs more during Pongal festival. I was very young then. Temples in Kondithope during late 50's and early 60's used to broadcast thru loud speakers. Memories are intact. Does any indian music org. sells his song collections in cd

  There's a old is gold vol4 album with the soundtracks of kalaivAnan and vAzhkai oppantham that's well worth buying for the following song picturised on A Nageswara Rao, Nagiah & co.
  
  kalai sAradA dEvi - in rAgam kalyAni GhantasAla with PB Srinivas & chorus.
  
  Is there a version of Aha inba nilAvinile with all 3 segments of the song - I've found versions with the first 2, but not the last.
  
  If this doesn't make sense: in the movie, abimanyu & vatsalA are romancing on the lake in the first segment when a spy reports on them to vatsalA's parents. KrishnA who is aware of this (being god), switches places with abimanyu while abimanyu hides with vatsalA in the bushes. The second segment begins here. When balarAmA and rEvathi turn up, they comment on krishnA & rukmini romancing like newly weds. K & r smile and leave. Then b & r decide to go for a romantic boat ride justifying that they can do it if krishnA can. The third segment occurs here. Quite a nice comedy scene with dialogues in between the song.
