who comes next to SPB

I am G.Suresh for those of you who don't know me, this is my second posting in this forum , it is unfortunate that my earlier one 'Has Arr not copied Narumugaiyae' has to be deleted due to some controversies.

Coming to this latest one , We have lot of singers who resembles SPB in singing, closest being Mano, Arun Mozhi and on one song by Ramesh "Rahde en Radhe.." in Japanil Kalyana Raman, Can we identify here who comes next to SPB in terms of Soft voice and versatality. My choice is Arunmozhi , Awaiting response

  Are you out of your mind !!!!!. What do you mean Rafi did not have a singing style of his own ???. SPB is the one who has tried to sing in Rafi's style ok. GET THAT STRAIGHT !!!!!. It is openely known that SPB incorporated Rafi's singing style into his own because Rafi was his idol. When you hear SPB singing, you can see shades of Rafi's style in him. Rafi is the one who inspired him or made him aware of singing in style. GET THAT INTO YOUR MIND BEFORE MAKING SUCH CRAZY STATEMENTS WHICH LACK MUSICAL SENSE !!!!.
  
  Don't give me a list of movies that shows SPB's range or bass voice because i will give you a huge list of songs which Rafi's range and bass voice is shown. I have heard most of the movies you have listed. It is an open fact that Rafi has a higher range than SPB. If you are talking about a bass voice, Rafi has an excellent bass voice overall and so does SPB.
  
  And in terms of manly voice, Rafi had an excellent manly voice. His voice suited each and every actor of that time. If it wasn't manly then how could he have suited each and every actor of that time. THINK ABOUT IT !!!!. If his voice wasn't manly then people wouldn't be talking about his voice suiting every actor he sang for. But that is one of his extraordinary qualities that his voice suited each actor. I do find SPB's voice good (i never said i didn't), but Rafi's voice is purely divine. Sometimes i find SPB's voice is too low. Rafi's voice was just perfect and it was pure GOLD!!!! which is the most divine ever !!

  I am also singer, I have learnt carnatic music!, okay Rafi was SPB's idol, I admit, but who was Rafi's idol, he must have had one that is human nature. My idol in music is SPB, but I do have great respect for M.rafi & KJY, but I hate Hariharan, Udit narayan, shanker , srinivas & mano(mano's idol is SPB!!!), these third grade singers sing like they have ruuny nose or they have something stuck in thier thraot.
  
  So if SPB's idol was Rafi, it does not mean that that SPB is not greater than, SPB is equal to or greater than Rafi in all aspects, but the time these two legends were signing in are different, hence the comparison had to conducted carefully.
  
  Another legen lata, said that only singer in IMF that could match her in high pitches are M.rafi & SPB.I have listened to some devtional songs by SPB, when you hear his voice it sounds as if you are seeing god through his voice or as if god is singing himself, that does not mean I am under estimating Rafi, Rafi was an excellent singer, so was KJY, but SPB is something that is supernatural, his voice is the most divinest one, come on at the age of 55, his voice sounds like a 25 year old's voice, great bass, great manly voice, great personality (humble & easy going) what else do you need?
  
  any way, can you answer few questions pls?
  
  1) has rafi actually sang any tamil songs
  2) Has rafi sang any devotionals (hinduism devotional)
  
  3) where can I get any SPB' telegu / hindi songs in Uk(shops/websites,)

  Lets talk abt our great Uncle SPB, cos he is the greatest singer that india had ever produced!!, his voice is excellent(great bass, manly, sweet, excellent modulation, broke the world record for singing more than 40,000, this guy is musical genius, India is proud to have him!

  Did you watch SPB in SUNTV on 12-08-2001?
  SPB admitted that the only voice that he ever cherished to possess (a positive envy sort of)
  was that of the late RAFI.
  
  he also said Rafi is irreplaceable. while SPB is known for his humility, this interview is the testimony of RAFI being equal to or greater than SPB himself.

  Has any body heard SPB's "sivaarpanam"(devotional), the entire songs in this album are in sanskrit!, SPB have scored 100% as usual, but this time in devotional songs, you will forget abt this material world & enter the heavens, once you listen SPB singing these songs!

  SPB is class of it's won, who can not be compared with other singers in IFM, I agree KJY have done similar achievement (40K songs), but KJY is not multi talented as SPB, KJY is limited, but SPB is unlimited, KJY lacks SPB's excellent Bass & punch, but KJY is also great.
  
  We have consider the fact that, KJY,BMK,UK,SMD,Mano,HH have learnt carnatic, apart from HH who learnt Ghazzels, But what did SPB learn?, nothing, It's all self taught, Are you saying that is not amazing???.
  
  Ghantasala , KJY or BMK would not have sung Shankaraparanam better than SPB, these singers lack modulation & expressing emotions, Can you pls tell me one singer in India, who is better than SPB in expressing emotions (I mean "navarasam").
  
  SPB has also talked for certain actors like Kamal, Mohan, NR, etc films, SPB's voice is same heavy voice as he sings in, Can you tell me any other singer who sounds the same when speaks as well as sing???, I can not think of any, take KJY 4 eg, he sounds different when he talks, than when he sings!
  Most of KJY's songs are "devotional" & "carnatic", but Majority of SPB's songs are cinema songs.
  
  TMS was good at modulation, but no where near SPB, he could not sing any carnatic songs, he often sounded bad at low pitches, since his voice is very good at High pitches.
  
  I think Balamurali Krishna, Ghantasala & SPB have some thing common in thier voices, but SPB has the deepest bass out of all them.
