decent album by YSR (i would have felt it was better had he done sumthin different from ullam)

first song by hariharan awesome

to me tracks 2-5 or just okay because similair to ullam

and track 6 experimental stuff by ysr will take a few listenings to see if i like that song

  Vidhyasagar was teh guy who introduced SS ..Many of us think it is ARR ...I do not remebre the song ,but this was mentioned by Vidyasagar in an interview ...

  I listened to the Aethiree songs today. Was thoroughly impressed by them. The Hariharan song is simply Superb, it has been so long since I last heard Harihanran singing in tamil. Overal the album is catchy and interesting. I think it will grow on you slowly and turn out to be a big hit.

  Listened to ETHIRI songs....pretty good score by Yuvan....the first time when I listened to Mudhal Mudhalaga,Podu Nanbanae,and Pothal Mani was very catchy and dame good....the other songs are good too and will be a hit.....
  
  No one can blame that the songs are seemed repetitive and resemble other songs....in that case every music director has to blame himself that they are repetive...every music director has his own style of music...
  
  As Nagas was telling about the la-la-la used strangely by yuvan I really accept to it...may be he reduces using that very often....or else why cant we say that its the trade mark of Yuvan's style....
  
  OVERALL ETHIRI A GOOD ALBUM FROM YUVAN AND ANOTHER FEATHER TO HIS SUCCESSFUL HAT....

  Kum, actually it is a really good album by YSR, When you listen for the first time, you are not quite sure of some of the songs, but on the second listening it all seems great and get better each time you hear them.

  Had a chance to chat with Kaniha the actress of 5 star....Ethiree's crew was in London to shot for a song....dint have a clue she was in the movie....she was telling that the songs in the movie is gonna be of big highlight and the movie is gonna be a big entertainer.....
  
  just keep listening as everyone said...YOU WILL LOVE IT.....

  Tried to get hold of a CD, but only cassette was available in TN, need to spend another 100+ bucks for CD :(
  
  Listened to it couple of times. My picks are Bottle Mani, Kathal and Podu nanba. I liked them instantly, rest are good too. Only negative point is lyrics. I believe Yuvan finished the project in very short period, still he came up with such an energetic album. That speaks his talent. Others might take atleast one and half years :)

  Everybody has stockpiles of tunes, and the director selects the ones (atleast a few numbers for his film) from the lot he likes most. the MD will come up with new ones for the rest. This applies to the one and half year MD too. My point is Yuvan is fast compared to other MDs in the field. And the most important point is his songs don\'t sound repetitive either.

  Even for people like Sundar C and now KSR, I think Yuvan has tried to give something new. That is a good sign.

  Yeah! All songs are very good. And Bottle mani just rocks man. This is the best club mix kinda song in Tamil. Way to go YSR!
  
  Peralagan preview is coming on the TV now. The Bgm is ok. But manmathan \'s BGM percussion arrangement is very innovative. It just blends well with the credits. I am eagerly looking forward to rainbow colony too.

  Nattamai, I really think Aethiree rocks. All YSR releases have been good. I really liked Ullam as well. Now I am just eagerly awaiting the release of 7GRC, Perazhagan and Manmadhan. All look superb, and also to be followed by Bose, Adhu and Mirattal.
