Sandiyar renamed as Virumandi and cassette released

The most awaited sandiyar album is released .I heard all the songs.It has totally ten songs out of which 6 songs are sung by kamal himself and two are sung by illayaraja and 2 numbers by shreyaghosal.All the songs are perfect folk and 100% traditional tamil folk songs and the lyrics are excellent in the madurai slang and all are situational songs.I will meet u again with a detailed review.buy the album immediately for die-hard fans of IR

  While listening to the album many wondered how come IR used more synthesized sounds for a story that is happening in an old era. But in recent interview Kamal says that the story happens in cell-phone era. So that justifies his synth usage.

  You rightly said about that song. There are nine different short tunes within the song and beats for each tune changes according to emotion.
  
  It is a very difficult song to compose eventhough it was not much talked about. Also the singers give authentic rendition to add to the credit.

  Kamal puts lot of effort for HeyRam. The same may not be necessary for Virumandi as it is a masala movie.
  
  Somebody already commented Kombule Poove sutti was not picturized properly. They have shown the song in cassette release function or somewhere. That's why we have to wait. Also Kamal did this movie with lots of restrictions which could lead to some compromises which otherwise he rarely makes.

  Did I call you names ? I gave a bit of what I felt. That does not call for the remark of "stupid and idiot'. Please restrain ! if I offended anybody I am sorry! Let us behave like
  matured people. I know a little bit about music. I play jazz drums and sometimes keyboards at McCarthy Bar, Times Square. KH and IR are sure nice performers. But for that don't call them as Gods , they are jus good actors and musicians.

  Interesting perspective...you get offended when Musicis Life calls you stupid and idiot because you have music knowledege based on just playing drums in Manhattan..
  
  However, you don't consider it offensive calling IR an imbecile - considering that he has achieved a little bit more than playing jazz drums in a manhattan bar and percieved by most of us to have a little bit more music knowledge than a jazz drum player in a local bar.
  
  It might be worthwhile for you have a little introspection to understand why you elicit strong reaction when you think that you have the music knowledge to call IR an imbecile.
