Sandiyar renamed as Virumandi and cassette released

The most awaited sandiyar album is released .I heard all the songs.It has totally ten songs out of which 6 songs are sung by kamal himself and two are sung by illayaraja and 2 numbers by shreyaghosal.All the songs are perfect folk and 100% traditional tamil folk songs and the lyrics are excellent in the madurai slang and all are situational songs.I will meet u again with a detailed review.buy the album immediately for die-hard fans of IR

  Isnt ur catogarization of a certain fan group too harsh? Anybody can come up with such a rhetoric by replacing that fan group to another fan group. But it doesnt serve any purpose, rather hurting that fans, which invite them to come up with similar rhetorics. this is how this thread will get poluted.

  Saw 'Virumandi Valarntha Kathai' on Sun TV at 21.12.2003 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm.
  
  1) 'Kombula Poova' on picturisation remembers Aboorva Sagotharargal to me
  2) There were so much glaps and whistles when Kamal was telling IR's name.
  3) Only S.P.Muthuraman told IR's name after Kamal.
  4) After this programme I have changed my opinion to Virumandi audio album from good to very good.

  You may not expect the same level of picturization from Kamal in this movies. He had lots of constraints in taking the movie due to the negative hype. For example he compromised on the location of shooting for this.
  
  We have to wait and see. My expectation is low too for this movie.

  Only one song was played and Kamal should have thought that to be the best song of the movie.....
  Yes, Only S.P.Muthuraman mentioned IR's name....
  And there was a roar when Kamal mentioned IR's name....
  
  Kamal told that " IR is a genius and also that he is a asaikka mudiyatha malai...... Many people say that this is IR's comeback - but the reality is where did IR go? ......"
  
  It is unfortunate that IR himself didnt attend the function.....

  PITHAMAGAN movie CD released.......i bought though i watched the movie 2 times already in theatre......initially i thought why waste money already saw 2 times....but after listening to BGM i was afraid if i din buy how much i wud have lost in my music life.........SIMPLY OUTSTANDING......Nobody in world can compose like that.........
  
  observed these musics till now
  
  1)Whenever villian is shown
  2)when villian goes deep into forest first time to his work place
  3)whenever vikram gets angry
  4)the soft music used in whole movie including first scene when the lady walking
  5)when sangeetha takes vikram to introduce him to villian
  ....and many scenes...
  
  i say its damn educative ...IR is literally talking with us in the language of music
  
  I DONNO IF OTHER MDs ARE WATCHING ALL THESE.....

  Nobody can show the nativity of Tamil Village like IR. He is the One, the Best. Both Acting Master Kamal and Music Master(o) IR will make virumandi a great success. In recent years, we didn't get this kind of sensational folk treat to our ears. Now we have got that. That is great. All songs are excellent. The ' Karumathur Kattukule ' song brings the village koothu before your eyes. Great Great! A great feast is there for our ears and eyes after Pongal. Kamal would have done this movie with great care.
