YSR'S NEW PROJECT'S...

well i heard that his next flim would be with vijay n priyankachoupra staring in it
and the cd's will be out in july
and another one with prabhudeva staring in it n this will out in june i guess...
well more to come from him n i hope that he make's it big....

  When YSR or others do it then its a pressure from directors and when ARR does it then its because, he has run out of tunes or he is becomming disinterested in music.

  YSR only did Seshu because he was asked by Bala to use the majority of Sethu songs.And as for MMC, he only used 2 tracks out of 6.ARR is transferring whole albums and that is a big no no.Its nothing to do with double standards.People have expressed their disdain at YSR doing this, but we should be grateful that it was only 2 songs and that too from separate albums.

  I think nobody says YSR is right in reusing / recycling his songs, I clearly said I am very much disappointed when YSR does this - particularly in case of MMC !
  
  As far as Seshu is concerned, I am sure it is because of the director's pressure that he reused IR's tunes, Otherwise YSR is not the sort of guy interested in using others' tunes - Remember he Rejected 'Badri' because they wanted him to reuse some of the songs from RamaNa Gokula's 'Thammudu' ? In Seshu's case may be he relaxed his pidivaatham a little bit because of his father / Bala.
  
  Another angle here is - see the kind of songs he has reused - both idhu kaathalaa and all day are common songs which may be FIT in any youth based movie, Isn't it ? That is not the case with songs like 'Banno Rani' which was totally spoilt in tamil IMO,

  I do not have any problem in reusing. In fact if you remember, I in one of my posting have supported reusage of tunes in various languages. Only criteria is that it has to be your own original. This helps the MD in spreading his/her good tunes accross languages, which otherwise would not have happened (somebody might copy and sell the song with diff. cover)
  
  So, I support reuse. The question is when ARR does it no body is ready to give him the benefit of doubt and when IR's dynasty does that then we hear all sorts of explanations.
  
  NagaS: Don't get me wrong. I don't have the prob with "idhu kaadhala". It is one of my favourites. But, I could not digest the double standards.

  Sorry if that had hurt your feelings. How do you want me to say. The HCIRF are so large in number here and many write first and think last and that's why "IRFans" word comes so easyly to me.
  I will take care and hence forth try to categorise it to some extend.
  Do you remember how ARR was attacted for his STAR and AA. We all knew from media that it was the directors who were ready to have these reusables from ARR as ARR did not have dates for these prod. and directors.

  I think there is difference between directors 'ready to accept' and director's 'forcing'.
  
  Directors are 'ready to use' because they have no other go. Directors force to use beacuase they want to.

  Directors are 'ready to use' because they have no other go --- that will also mean that the MD is not interested in doing the movie either because of time constraint or lack of inspiration from the story. So the MD try to avoid but, dir/prod. know the market value of the MD, they are ready to swallow even the what the MD spits.
  It also does not amount to any crime by the MD. The MD feels that his good ones in other language can be used and made popular and that will also help the MD to analyse the taste similarity between two or three diff. cultures of people.
  ARR has this vasadhi. Others don't have. ARR has a whole bunch of beautiful tunes in hindi, which if he uses it in tamil will definitely sell. Take of instant Kabhi na kabhi and zubeida. It will also back fire, but such things happen while experimenting.
  
  IR has probably done more reuse than ARR. He has reused many tamil to telugu and vice-versa. I don't complain and I am for that. But, people hear find fault only with ARR.
  Leave it, he will keep doing it and I heard that one song in udhaya is again a recycle from his hindi one.

  Senior Junior is released, Seshu and Malli malli choodalani in Telugu have been released and were great successes! His next releases are Lovers, Popcorn and Thiruda.I Hope to see more of Yuvan in the Telugu and Hindhi field.

  Malli Malli Choodali audio released through Aditya Music
  
  The audio of 'Malli Malli Choodali' directed by Pawans Sridhar and jointly produced by Kolli Venkateswara Rao and MC Sekhar on the banner of Sri Amma Arts with Venu and Janani in the lead was released through Aditya Music at Hotel Green Park in Hyderabad on February 28. Noted producer Doraswamyraju released the audio and sold the first audiocassette to Venu and the second audiocassette to 'Mayuri' Sudhakar. Doraswamyraju says, 'I know Pawans Sridhar well and I am producing a film under his direction with NT Ramarao in the lead. He had good talent and he narrated the story to me, which could attract all sorts of audiences. Yuan Shankar Raja gave melodious tunes to all the songs.'
  
  Hero of the film Venu says, 'The songs penned by Kulasekhar were excellent and the music score by Yuan Shankar Raja was perfect. I am sure that this film would be an addition to my success list. I had a strong feeling since beginning that I am doing a good film.' Director Kodi Ramakrishna says, 'This banner is like my own organisation. Though I did not direct the film, I heard the story. A film with good story will definitely achieve success.' Aditya representative Dayanand says, 'Our company had the credit of releasing the audio of most of Venu's films like 'Swayamvaram, Chirunavvutho and Hanuman Junction'.   There are 6 songs in this movie,
  
  1. Oh Shalalalla - Yuvan, Yugendran, Prem
  2. Sringaara kaNNa - Chitra Sivaraman
  3. Aaanandam - Unni Krishnan
  4. Puthusaay Puthusaay - Srinivas, Tippu
  5. Naan Oruvan - Vijay Yesudoss
  6. Thithippaa - SPB, Swarnalatha
  
  Aaanandam is my pick of the album - Wonderful melody, very well sung by Unni Krishnnan., Sringarak kaNNaa is also good - with some erotic lyrics n' tune -looks more like a mixture of 'TheeNdaay' (Especially the beats) and Vaseegara., 'Puthusaay' and 'Thiththippa' are fast numbers with decent lyrics, SPB is excellent in 'Thithippaa' (Must be for Mammootty)., Can give more detailed review after couple of listenings,
  
  But guys, don't miss 'Aaanandam' :-)

  I too heard the Junior Senior album,I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the lyrics throughout this album and I even appreciated Aanandam( Even though I am a girl!) The songs are in Yuvans undefinable style and are an all round success.Yet another feather in YSR's cap with this great album. SPB's song as usual is immaculate, Vijay Yesudas has rendered his song well. The song Oh Shallalla is a great song but the vocal abilities of both Prem and Yugendran leave much to be desired.Yuvan could have sung this song solo for it to be much more effective.
  Sringara Kanna has a classical feel to it and is a mellow song with much melody. Personally I did not see any similarity to Vaseegara in the track but maybe I just missed it!
  
  Another well produced album in which the effort put in by YSR shines through. Congrats YSR on yet another hit album.I can't wait to hear the next releases.
