Lyricists other than Kannadasan,Vaali and VM

Kannadasan,Vaali and VM had always been the heroes of any discussion thats related to lyrics. Very often lyrics of other kavignars are assumed/mistaken to be written by these 3. This thread is an effort to come out with songs that were written by kavignars other than these 3

  As I was looking at the Sa re ga ma catalogue, I found so many lyricists who haven't been listed in this thread or elsewhere in this site.
  
  For example:
  Lyricist(s) : for Karnan/Ambigapathi
  
  were the following guys besides Kannadhaasan,
  • Adi Moolam
  • K.D.Santhanam
  • Ku.Ma.Pa.

  I wrote in some thread a small story behind that

  That's interesting to know. I got my info from the CD cover. I thought "Saregama" was pretty accurate about these things; guess not. I would like to read your post about this song. Let me know if you remember the thread where you wrote it. Guess, I can check the Olds Songs thread where you frequent.
  
  Finding out about these lyricists was great. All of these songs have been my favorites for a long time and now I get to appreciate the individual lyricist instead of assuming it was written by Kannadhaasan, Pattukoattai or Maruthakaasi.

  yes, Maruthakasi wrote maximum number of songs after kannathasan in numbers , and its sad that he was always forgotten , just because he lead a simple and non propaganding life .people use to call him "Mariyathai kasi" since he use to call even his car driver as "anna"
