Ajay Devgan and Vivek Oberoi can’t stop raving about the songs of Mani Ratnam’s Yuva. “A.R. Rahman and Mani Sir and dynamite together,” says Vivek on the sets of Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria’s Masti, and adds, “The six songs Rahman has recorded for the film are mind-blowing.”

Ajay Devgan, his co-star in Yuva and Masti, uses the same words to describe them. Incidentally, when the film was launched earlier this year, Mani Ratnam had decided not to have a single song in it.

Vivek also feels that Abhishek Bachchan’s is the best role and best performance in the film. “That guy’s career will take off in a big way after Yuva,” predicts Vivek.

  I'm quite sure about the meaning. It does mean destruction.
  It's been clarified in ARR fan groups too..

  yaa curses.......i had got the meaning wrong.......my friend had got it wrong for me...... it means destruction.......in dictianry it is given as "destruction in the beloved".....watever that means.......
  also y is mani hell-bent on making movies abt. terrorists????hope surya is not a terrorist in the movie.....

  Coming back to the topic.. I am still waiting for the songs to grow on me.. but it does not, xcept for Adnan sami song for some reason and again.. the Janagana mana mettu can fit for Aathichudi very well.

  Actually I am not fan nor a hater of ARR.. but i find sometimes here that everything is hyped up.. but I dont forget to voice my opinion..

  According to one of MR interviews, I read somewhere, it is about three guys with different background and coming together to do something(??), hence ayutha ezhuthu (ak) of tamil has three dots. does not sound like a terrorist movie from his interview. MR has a terrorist/non-terrorist pattern from Roja. His last movie was a terrorist based movie, so this movie will not be one.

  I think all AE songs lyrics are wonderful. But it depends. You never know whether it appealed or not to them. In a way it doesnt matter.

  Can\'t you guys understand the simple plot from AV photos? Look at the photo of BR standing in front of a public meeting kind of microphone. I think BR is a politician and villian. Surya wnats something to do for the sociecy and does not like him. And he contests against him in the election. Maddy works for BR to do the dirty work and joins Surya later to take revenge. Is siddarth son of BR? I guess so. All three join to belittle BR. this is my take :)

  look at that line....the guy is totally accepting that the female has changed his life....he also remembers the first time he met her and describes it very stylishly with words like 6 degree and stuff like that........ mannnn if any female told me this i'll fall flat on my nose....... anyway that friend of mine feels whole AE is a very simple album......strange female.....
