Are you all sure that 'thirudAthE' is by S.M.Subbaih naidu?
In Legends - Viswanathan Ramamoorthy (5 Cds), "ennaruge nE irunthAl" is featured in CD 2. MSV says "MGR avargal intha paatta kettu, ithukku naan paadikkiren, naala irukkumnu oththukkitta paatu ithu..antha paattuththan PBS, Susheela paadina paattu...avvalavu arumaiyaana paattu..."
May be this song is by MSV-TKR but used by SMS?!

Thenraja & Subbu,
Yes, GeTTiKKaariyin Poyyum Purattum" and "MinmiNi-yai kaNmaNi-yaai kondavaLai" are from Kannan en Kaathalan. I have an old audio cassette labelled `Oli Vilakku and Kannan en Kathalan' which has these songs in it, so I was confused. Sorry about it.

I think Doctaramma MD is Sankar Ganesh.
In Kannan en kaathalan "gettikkAriyin " is by TMS and Kausalya.
TMS sings the whole song ; Kausalya
joins TMS for the last 2 lines

"Raadhai Endhan Kaadhali" may not be in Nan En Pirandhen. Raj / Kalai have already listed this song under some other film.
"Aanandham inru Aarambam" is a TMS-SJ duet.No PS.

Ram, CV: That great song "Kannan endhan kaadhalan kaNNil aadum maayavan" is from Oru Thaai MakkaL. MGR and JJ acted for that. Muthuraman played friend-turned-villain role in that movie. Music was by MSV. This film had a fantastic male duet by TMS+PBS "PaadinaaL oru pattu... Paal nilaavinil nEtru".
"Aanandham indru aarambam" is by TMS+SJ.

Kalai/Raj,
Before we start listing PS songs in Sivaji movies, can we pause a little bit and discuss if we can put together all 301 of PS songs in MGR movies? Having to scroll back to many pages, it gets difficult to identify the missing songs/movies. It would be nice if we could summarize all 301 songs as one list. If these 301 songs are compiled in an Excel sheet, I can put it in a database at PS web site with sort feature (by MD) so we can have one page listing all songs. When we start discussing Sivaji movies, I will start putting them onto the database on a daily basis.
Are there any volunteers to compile the Excel file?--Thanks

The oldest song that I can recollect is from "Amara Dheepam." - the classic song "Then UNNum VaNdu, Maamalaraik Kandu" with AMR.Probably "Raja Rani" and Mangayar Thilagam may have PS songs.Let me start listing and you can add to the list.
