  Two more great numbers from one of my all-time favorite singers of TFM -- MALAYSIA VAASUDEVAN will be uploaded.
  
  That is it for today. Let me see how the reception for the upload is......

  For all those avid CD collectors:
  
  Just now received a bunch of CDs from Tirunlveli (through my roomie). These are CUSTOMIZED CDs. The quality is excellent (including alaigal oyvathillai) The shop shelves a lot of IR - melodies and is willing to record the collection we desire.
  
  Whoever is interested please mail me. I shall be delighted to help IR - fans .
  
  you know songs sound entirely different in CDs...!!!

  rex: Give me some time. My hard disk is going to be reformatted..policy decision :(((. So, I lose the 300-odd songs that I have already downloaded. So, ippo romba sogam..I'll listen and comment tonight.
  As for the BGM clip, frankly, though it was good...I didnt think greatly of it which is proved by the fact that I didnt comment on it favourably. This whole exercise might have been conceived by Murali to test bias. I am happy that my ears were able to discriminate the good from the great despite this 'devious' plot:))
  
  OTOH, this technique is something that I have thought of before. When Rex wantred to upload EVK, I thought of requesting him to package it as a new album of IR and puttitng it to the 'objective' fans of this DF. And I am sure, the reaction would have been unfavourable...with a couple of "Raja jas tried **** technique in this movie which Deva has already done in ***. Nevertheless, it is good to hear" thrown inbetween. Too bad I didnt set out to execute this idea then itself!!

  4. Poonnaaram Poovaram (a nature song sung by SPB in 1977 and as popular in Radio Ceylon as Senthazham Poovil)
  5. Antha Naal Gnyapagam (Mouli in Anney Anney)
  6. Uravugal Thodarkathai
  7. Ilankkiliye Yennum Vilankayiley (Shankarlal)

  Rex, the top portion was cut off. Thanks much for the Saattai Illatha Pambambaram. So rare, rare numbers. Like, I have a lot of love for the underdogs MV and PJayanchandrans works with IR. I think these 3 were so special together. IR gave his earliest golden golden melodies to MV and PJ and also SP Shailaja! Long live the 70s!

  Right now, am listening to your site's, "Solaikuyile Maalai Kathire" as per your request. The encoding is neat and you have done a great job. The tabla beats are sounding awesome on my PCs woofers. Stereo rendition is not that perfect which might be due to the original recording itself. So you can try mono encoding as that would present lesser buffering problems for audience. Go for stereo encoding only if you are 100% sure that there is some richness in the stereo effects.
  
  You can notice my uploads.....if you are watching me closely you can see that I go for stereo files only if it is that necessary. Mono files always sound better.
  
  I think you have taken great pains to encode this song. Please accept my hearty appreciation for the same. Great work. Keep it going.
