Hi gang,
This time i have got some spicy news as usual.
Shankar has booked harris jayaraj for his new movie with vikram in the lead.
Its a movie for oscar films.

  look at ur Idol...u would know what i am saying.
  
  Anyway...ARR did became successful in TFM for a decade ...he has no need to do it all again...only hypocrites will hold on to their position for years and years.

  The Shankar- Vikram film will be a futuristic thriller titled Aniyan, which will start rolling some time in April 2004.
  
  This futuristic film happens in Chennai 3033! A few years back Shankar had planned to make this movie with Kamalhassan and had titled it Robo. This is long before the Wachowski Brothers were planning Matrix and its sequels!
  
  The film was dropped at that time due to budget constraints. But now producer ‘Oscar’ Ravichandran has come forward to bankroll the project, which will have a budget of Rs 30 crore!
  
  This film will have state-of-the-art special effects and Sabu Cyril will create Chennai of thousand years from now. Harris Jayaraj will provide the music for Aniyan.
  
  The heroine is yet to be finalised though the grapevine is abuzz with rumours that Aishwarya Rai will be roped in. At a time when she is dropped by Ketan Mehta from The Rising, it is only a question of juggling dates. Aishwarya shares a special rapport with Shankar as she has worked with him earlier in Jeans.

  i think we should stop believeing rumours ! i just spoeke to a r in london yesterday !! all's fine....he is giong to be damn damn busy over the next 2 years....bombay dreams in broadway, the birhimngham symphony, lord of the rings stage version plus all the other films..plus the album and a project which is why he couldnt commit to Subhash Ghai and also to Shankar !
  if a r had committed and there woul d ve been reports saying he is responsbile for the delay so the best way is to not commit since he will be hard pressed for time !

  Who will gain or loss among these three.
  No gain or loss for and HJ.
  
  Shankar can get alternative music from HJ.And HJ will deliver music faster than ARR.
  
  No gain or loss for HJ.If shankar don't go to HJ he can make out a hit from any other directors like the past.
  
  But ARR need someone like shankar to re enter in to TFM.ARR should think about it.

  ARR remuneration is around 1-5crore for TFM. HJ charges 1-crore and above. Of late IR is varying his remuneration basing on producer, from 0-20lakhs. There was once a time when he charged 40lakhs for Thalapathi, when Rajnikanth also got an equivalent amount.
  
  
  I don't think Harris lacks in variety. He is very talented and his orchestrization is very innovative. Just because he is having more success of late and his using of recording techniques like ARR's, doesn't make him a clone of ARR. I think the combo of Shankar and HJ is going to be a big success.If by just copying ARR one can become a success, then why is praveen mani not successful? because he is not talented enough

  Jag for your information Pravin mani, does not copy arr, for instance take a look at otran, what similarity does he have with arr , in thins respect, i admire pravin mani, as he is tring to prove himself, rather than feed on someones brain like HJ is doing now.   ~ Yes, you are absolutely right. Being successful in TFM is nothing great. Because you get very less money and you have to be very competitive to stay on top. The truth is nobody approached him for the last few years except his loyalists. When they also fail in their attempts, why bother about tfm? You can just say that tamil film industry sucks and leave.

  ~ This is what happens when your idol loses his place. I can understand your aathangam. "He has no need" should be changed to "He cannot". No debate over who is hypocrite and who is Genius. We all know that, don't we? :))
