  Yes, there have been IR-VM collaborations since Sindhu Bhairavi (SB). Though I'm not sure which was their last movie together, I think they worked together till sometime in early 87 (or movies which released in early 87). Some post-SB movies are :
  * Mudhal mariyadhai,
  * Needhaana andha kuyil
  * Kadalora kavidhalgal
  * Punnagai mannan
  * Kaadhal parisu
  * Unakkagave vaazhgiren, etc.

  After Punnagai mannan, IR-VM worked in "Kaadhal parisu" which had the song "Hey, unnai thaane !" (mentioned by Shankar in the "Musical shifts..." thread). It was a disco-type of a song, and I was told that VM was unhappy that IR's music drowned the lyrics, which went something like (again as Shankar said)
  
  
  "Neeyaa naanaa yaar thaan inge romba periyavan
  Modhum podhum seeru podhum ingu puli ivan" ,
  
  "Theriyaamal pOtti podum manitha manitha
  Singaththai velvathenna eLitha eLitha" ,
  etc.
  
  This was a song that had three interludes with two charanams, and SJ shrieks at a high pitch ! :-))

  Can someone give the lyrics of 'Manitha Manitha'?
  It's one of the best PURATCHI songs ever composed. God, what lyrics, what a rousing music score, what a robust rendition (Yesudas) and what an aggresive orchestration!!!
  Hats off to IR!
  Was VM the lyricist for the above song?
  BTW, I would appreciate it very much if someone could provide the URL for the song and if possible the lyrics as well..
