  From this I came to know that rahman depends and concentrates a lot on everyone's contribution for a song to be good ....but ilayaraaja is like a king...how can he mix with common people to decide things ???hmmmmm....cannot !!good or bad he should decide - is what he is used to !!Rahman is not like a king but more like a social worker in music-with a constructive approach.He helps himself by helping others.

  depends on whose output is better? so r u assuming that a king is better than a social worker ? as sociology goes, monarchies fail but democracies succeed. So, a PM or a president is like an exalted social worker in a democracy and it's been proven that this kinda social worker is a greater success.
  
  Now, how practical is it for someone to be marooned on moon? even if he does and writes great music (hypothetically), will it ever be available to common junta ? so, unless someone hears and appreciates it, that doesnt really constitute gr8 music. so, what seems like is in a realistic situation, rahman ( as a social worker) would be a much greater success than IR (king) .. maybe this is what srinivas was saying ..

  Srinivas, is he the singer who once came in Sun TV Vanakkam Tamizhagam & proclaimed that TFM had its birth after IR. What else can you expect from a person who is ignorant about MSV-TKR & KVM's music. He is also a creative genius who gave mussula, essella, song didn't he. he fits into the general profile of IR fan to the tee.
