Friends - It is with great grief that I inform you about the passing away of the father of our beloved friends at the TFM-DF, Sathiya Keerthi, Sathya Kabali and Sathya Kumar (Bones).
He passed away in Madurai on Monday morning, 17 May 1999. He was 80. He was in perfect health till that moment. He was giving a speech on Bagavath Gita - Visvaroopa darisanam of Krishna to Arjuna. For a moment he sat on a chair. And then he left this world, peacefully.
He was a true Gandhian - life of Truth, Love, Simplicity and Humility. As one of the family members said, oru sagaaptham mudinthathu.
TFM Team - I hope you will allow us this indulgence, to enable the discussants here - who are now almost like family members - to express their condolences. Thanks.

My deepest condolences to all three of you.
Losing a loved one is not easy. But by sharing your moment of sorrow, I hope to relieve some of it.
Your father would have been very proud of the three of you. He may have passed, but in actual fact, is living in each of you.
May God be with you always.

Dear SathyaKeerthi,
My heartfelt condolences for your father's
demise. But as someone had mentioned in this discussion forum, your father had proved that
he was a noble soul by the way he shed his mortal
coils as only a chosen few would have the privilege of thinking about the Lord during their final moments and in your father's case this was perfectly evident since he was talking about the
highest and most practical thing in life i.e
knowledge of the soul (which is being-awareness-bliss by it's very nature) which we really are. Such noble souls will ever live in our hearts for their good thoughts, words & deeds. You should be proud to have such a father who had the privilege of talking about the grief-destroying Bhagavath Gita before he passed away.
I take this opportunity to share the grief that has resulted due to the passing away of such a
noble soul. God Bless you.......

To Everyone:
I feel very touched to read all these words of
solace at a time of sadness in my family. My
sister and brother also feel the same. Though we
miss our father deeply, with a void feeling
spread across our hearts, we three feel satisfied
that he passed away smoothly without any kind of
incompleteness in his life.

To Everyone,
I really thank you all for your supports. My family and I are okey now.
My father was ill for few months. He had a disease called ALS (check http://www.als.org) which is not curable. So we prepared ourselves for the worst head of time.
