We've seen lot of RAP type songs from ARR, Karthik Raja.

I am only now into these genres. In fact, the forms seem to have evolved to exciting art forms in the US. Rap has highs and lows in "rhythm" ideas, R&B has got soft consistent rhythm and a slow, small melody passage - identify very much with IR's innovative and gentle rythms. Soul is kind of ballads and meandering not as interesting as R&B. However, these influences would be great in TFM. Some very creatives R&B hits are recently from Aaliyah's - Aaliyah listen to "More Than a Woman", then Ashanthi hit "Happy", Kelly Rowland's song with "Nelly".

Today even POP songs feature really innovative RAP "interludes". Is there some TFM songs with such influences just as these genres are now using Hindi songs as melody lines as in "Addictive" by Truth Hurts and and many others in recent times. Any expert opinions on these genres versus TFM musical ideas too can be discussed.
