The songs of BABA are all disappointing and i still cant believe it is ARR who has done the scores.Deva or Sirpi would have done better than this.Total crap!!!!

Think this way. RK himself might have asked ARR to be different and melodious and asked him to score like IR (since IR refused). Could be a wonderful if IR had scored the music especially since this is more philosophical with religious mix.

BABA Music is superb!!!
As usual with any Rahman album, the music takes quite while before making you addictive.
And after hearing it for a week, I am totally in love with all the songs.
I would rate this album alongside Indian. Coz both the albums have the same sort of songs and should be given equal ratings.
And talking of Rajini-Rahman combination, Baba is leaps and bounds ahead of Padaiyappa.
But may be just slightly below Muthu.
Anyway, hats off to Rahman for the magical music and Full marks to Rajini for guiding Rahman to give such soulful melodies.
Thalaivar once again proves that his choice of MD was the best.
I also heard that from my audio shop guy (who has good contacts with the audio companies) that Rajini is so very happy with Baba's music that Rahman is surely going to do Rajini's next film, which would be directed by Hit maker Shankar.
Hail Rajini !!! Hail Rahman !!!
