  Do you know how Anuradha paudwal came to hindi film world?
  It seems that a music director asked lata Mangeshkar to sing a song for him, but she declined it because she felt, there was nothing great in that song. The music director wanted to prove that lata was wrong, and he looked for a new singer and found Anuradha. The same song sung by Anuradha became a hit on that year, and lata was ashamed of herself.
  The same incident occured during the Annakili song (illayaraja's first movie). He approached L.R Eswari to sing that song but she rejected him saying she was not ready to sing for new comers since she believes they have no future since M.S Visvanathan was at the peak. Illayaraja felt bad and he approached s. janaki who willingly accepted the offer. The song was a break for Illayaraja and s. janaki. Illayaraja did not forget the past and that is why L.r Eswari has not sung any song under his music.

  Stop comparing mediocrities like Anuradha paudwal with Lata or Janaki. The song you are talking about is 'Tu mera jaanoo hai ' from Hero which is not at all worth it. So what if its a hit!! Thereafter all Anuradha has done is act as a thief and surreptitiously dub Lata's/asha's songs under her own name (without mentioning the name of the original singers) and she has totally spoilt their songs. Now she has no place in cinema as compared to Kavita or Alka. She has even dubbed Alka's songs many times. The t-series co has started music piracy. Besides Anuradha is an ordinary singer with a weak voice.
  LR Eswari or Janki or Lata or Asha should not be compared to her at all!!

  I think anybody who calls Anuradha Paudwal mediocre is out of their mind. She is a singer who has filled the Indian music industry with melody when there was none. Lata was so aggreveted by Anuradha's success that she dubbed Anuradha's song ''Main teri dushman'' from the film Nagina. She therefore has every right to dub songs of Lata. As for Anuradha Paudwal dubbing the voice of Alka Yagni in 'Dil', well Anuradha actually made the album a super hit. This wouldn't have been the case if newcomer Alka had sung the songs with her screeching voice. It won't be long before Anuradha reaches the top again, to reign as the Queen.
