  Some songs had Thirukkural as their preludes.
  
  The one comes to my memory immediately is `Anbilaar ellam thamakkuriyar, anbudaiyar enbum uriyar pirarkku' & `Deivaththanagatheninum muyarchi than mei varuththakkooli tharum' - both in the MGR hit `onre kulamenru paaduvom' in Pallandu Vazhga. A great number by KVM + KJY combination.

  I'm looking for a song which has verses "Kurathi makalukku thaan......yenakku puriyavillai". Tune is typical kavadi chindu. It is a traditional Murugan song. I'm not aware of tamil lierature. please help? Is this probably an Avvaiyaar song sung by K B Sunderambal?
