Two very beautiful songs -- which films?

Can readers please tell me which films feature these two lovely songs:

1. Thazhalam poochara, maanae un thenae
-- this is a duet song by SPB and a female singer. I have heard it only twice,and it is an amazing melody. Probably,it is from the 80's or early 90's. Not sure why this unrecognized gem is ovelooked by people.

2. Japam isaiae raam, ...., hare seetha raam, hare seetha raama raama raam,..,,

-- quite an old song, female singer/s, beautiful melody in semi-classical form. May not be a filmy song.

I would be most grateful if tfm readers could tell me how to get these songs. Thanks.
